To whom it may concern, This is not the same company, nor do the employees that worked on this vehicle and past owner work at Transmission Company of Bend, Inc This is also a claim of over years, which is past any warranty that Bend Transmission Company had in place The two invoices are only two invoices of several that Bend Transmission Company left in their records for Transmission Company of Bend, Inc If Revdex.com needs more documentation, TCB will submit Bend Transmission Company's paperwork At this point, the customer has an issue that is outdated and to the wrong company Please let Transmission Company of Bend, Incknow if there is any information that can help this customer with his issueThis is slanderous due to the fact that it is directed to the wrong company and once again, the warranty is outdated Transmission Company of Bend, Incdid honor Bend Transmission Company's warranties up to the expiration dates out of a "good faith gesture" to our small community Thank you, Transmission Company of Bend, Inc

I am rejecting this response because:This company failed to deliver the services promised, destroyed the boots on the axle on my car (and tried to cover it up), left the flywheel improperly torqued, failed to properly machine the flywheel causing hot spots on it and the pressure plateI had to pay another company to their work.Please see the document I uploaded for additional information

I am rejecting this response because:the problem was never taken care of the truck was never fixed properlyI have been trying to have the issue fixed sine day The truck has been to several different shops which all state the transmission needs to be taken out which they would not resolve.the truck has less then 10,miles since the repair was done I have no overdrive since day reverse does not workThey had my vehicle for over a month the truck was in there shop over half dozen times and the problem was not fixedI would like a refund of $so I can have my transmission repaired by a reputable shop that can perform there rscope of work correctly to todays standards. Revdex.com, In response to the complaint involving repair issues ID #***, the following is the steps that we followed through this process: We order our parts mostly from PortlandIt is very common that we get the wrong parts delivered to us. That is the nature of the business and we do
our best to get the correct parts back to us as quickly as possible. The parts usually come from huge warehouses. As a golden rule of our shop, we never give customers an exact time of when a vehicle will be done because there are many components that we do not have control over, (i.eparts, test drives etc.) We apologize for the delay as we know how inconvenient it is to be without your car and we do our best to get it fixed in a timely but also a safe manner. The original quote was for $for clutch pressure plate, master slave $plus $for additional part, clutch $and flywheel $equalling $plus hours of labor equalling $totaling $This is a basic quote and the intake form that every customer signs, including Pam, states in print that quote could increase by no more than 10%We were off by $as Pam paid $1288.00. The original charge was for $and when brought to the staff’s attention, they did refund the amount and the new charge was $1288. The difference in the $price was closer to a 15% difference in price and we honored the “no more than 10%” rule. As all our clients are told, they need to come back within days for their day vehicle check up to verify fluid levels, check for any possible issues and for us to sign and authorize their warranty certificate. Pam was told this information on the phone and cancelled her appointment for us to look at it and took it to another shop to do the work. That is not our proper warranty procedure and voids the warranty as we need to be able to diagnose the problem first, as it is our workWe did reach out to you and explain all this though the telephone, social media and emailWe have copies of all of the charges to your credit card. The first charge was for $on 8/16/at 2:pmWe refunded the $on 8/at 8:am and then charged the $after the refund. We open at 8:am, so it appears that the refund was done first thing in the morning. It doesn’t appear that the staff was “holding” or “double charging” youThe clutch fluid and brake fluid is the sameThere is no such thing as individual clutch fluid. The fluid that we used on your vehicle is a DotBrake, Dotis standard, so we put a better fluid in your vehicle because it has a higher boiling temperature. We did bleed the hydraulic system. Our reasoning on our day check is because there could be an air pocket, a leak or a bad part, or something unforeseen. We stand behind our work. That is why we offer a free diagnostics and various warranties in our shop. As we live in a small community, our goal at Transmission Company of Bend, Incis that we create a working relationships with repeat business and referrals. Our goal is not to gouge customers for a one time, overpriced job. As all of our correspondences have shown, we have made many attempts to resolve this situation with no reciprocation. November 13th, 2017 To [redacted] and Revdex.com,      In response to your complaint, Bend Transmission Company was bought out in September 2016 and Transmission Company of Bend, Inc. is not the company your dissatisfaction is with.  The staff that worked on your vehicle does not work...

for Transmission Company of Bend, Inc. Transmission Company of Bend, Inc. does have paperwork for Bend Transmission Company and the paperwork shows that your vehicle was brought in March 9th of 2015.  Your paperwork does show that your vehicle was fixed at Auto Body Concepts and Bend Transmission Company paid for it in full on April 3rd, 2015.  Transmission Company of Bend, Inc. did honor Bend Transmission Company’s two year unlimited milage warranties as a “good faith gesture”.  This is the first complaint to Transmission Company of Bend, Inc. of your vehicle, which exceeds the warranty timeline of Bend Transmission Company.  Bend Transmission Company’s paperwork also shows that warranty was done on your vehicle 4/7/2015 and 6/1/2015.  On 6/1/2015, the paperwork also shows that Brad Reid, the working owner of Bend Transmission Company, “personally fixed [redacted]’s truck to ensure that there is nothing else wrong with it” (see evidence).  Brad Reid has a shop across the street that is “The Original Bend Transmission Company” which is where your issue should be directed to.  Transmission Company of Bend, Inc. would be more than happy to do a free diagnostic on your vehicle and see what is causing your issues.  We are curious of why this review would be written after so much time has passed?   Thank you, TCB
