shop and we repaired the transmission as agreed with a 12 month/12,000 mile parts and labor warranty on transmission. The truck was modified by customer with a lift kit. Transfer case installed in a different position than original engineering.Customer performed work on truck after picking it up from our shop on 7/28/15. Customer had truck towed to our shop on his own accord without consultation. We replaced the pan gasket at no charge to customer, even though customer over tightened it and caused the leak. When truck returned to our shop we again, we paid the $44 tow bill to J & H Towing on 8/7/15 (copy of invoice can be provided if needed). The starter fell out as a result of threads pulling out of the transmission housing. We installed thread repair at no additional charge and reinstalled starter. Each time this vehicle left our shop it was road tested and showed no signs of leaks. We went above and beyond to help this customer. We repaired at no cost even though we did not make the extensive modifications. We feel we have gone above and beyond to help this customer on 3 occasions.
