I went to Metrot Brokers and spoke with [redacted] about beginning real estate classes and during our conversation, I express to her that I had loss my job so I was going to try a new career I paid $and was given a book for class A week before class started I advised [redacted] that I could not start class because I was in the process of losing my home Initially she never disclosed to me that if I changed my mind I would be charged a $admin fee and a $book fee, although I returned the book in the same condition it was given to me Even when I went to return the book to [redacted] she had the opportunity then to tell me about these charges and he policy but again she failed to disclose it [redacted] sent me an email the same day I returned the book saying that I had to pay this admin fee and since the book could not be given to another student I had to pay $ The only time the book was opened is when [redacted] opened it and flipped through the pages at our initial meeting

BHGRE made many many promises to me when I signed in under and paid the $for the schoolUpon Shirley death they transferred me to lettings and then dong and then another agentAfter I completed the school they tried to back out of paying for stuff saying Athens was put of their areaI was going to leave the companyThey then had me resign the contractThey promised to pay fees provide me with a coach etcI have attended all of the training for the hour continuing education course successfully passed the test and submitted the required homework they refuse to recognize it with tge GREWThey did not pay the fees they promised to pay nor provide me eith a real coach nor help me as promised my first year in real estateI have completed open houses for them and have shown over homes and or neighborhoods to other metrobrokers agent (because no one other than myself lives in the Athens area) Because they have lied to me, caused me problems with my license and cheated

DON'T BUY A HOME FROM THESE PEOPLE. CHERYL A [redacted] and THE [redacted] TEAM don't care about the seller or buyer when it comes to a home. They only care about their pockets and the percentage they will get. We have been looking for a house to buy and are limited on the time and energy we can spend searching for a house because we do not live in Georgia, as we are moving states. We had one day to fly to Georgia and look at a handful of homes. The home they had listed was one of our favorites we had seen online. I found the home on zillow and the listing agent was Scott [redacted] of the cosby team, when I contacted the number listed it was actually Cheryl A***. Upon first speaking with her she was very nice as kind and told me she worked for scott , I told her we were coming to atlanta the following day and were limited on time to view the home. she understood and preceded to tell us the house had two offers so we needed to be serious. We were. Once at the property , before we even look at the house , she informs us there is a deadline to submit an offer by 6 and they have two standing offers at $ 315,000 ( if we knew this prior we would not have WASTED our time even viewing the house ) also because we don't have a realtor scott would take 1 % off the 6% from having both a buyer and seller realtor and she would act as our buying realtor. We never ever asked for this and as we toured more of the house it registered with us that she was trying to make a commission as well and that they were trying to force a realtor onto us. But we liked the house and thought it over and called them with our bid, we told her our offer which preceded the $ 315,000 and were sorry she was very kind but we didn't need a buyers realtor as we had found the house ourselves and made our own appointment with who we thought was the listing agent. They scam you into feeling like you need BOTH , sometimes you do need both and in this moment we didn't. When I told her our bid and said that we didn't need her as buyer agent and we were sorry her company roped her into showing a house but that was why we contacted the listing agent. Her demeanor changed and she became nasty and rude. She preceded to tell me my bid was too low for not wanting to give 5% , I wanted to give 3%. So we asked for the comps of the area so we could give our best and highest offer. She refused and said I was running out time because of the deadline. I told her then we have to stand firm at our bid if we don't have all the information available to us, and because we weren't willing to give her a cut she wouldn't even submit our offer. I'm sorry for the sellers if they were denied a higher bid because of GREED. I hope this was not the case and they got the offer they wanted /needed. But I wouldn't put it behind them that they went with and offer that would give BOTH parties the cut they were looking for. CHERYL IS A GARBAGE HUMAN and only cares about her next paycheck ... I can't speak much for SCOTT [redacted] but considering they work together have to think he's just as shady as her. If not the case I suggest hiring people that wont sour your own name. I will never look at another listing by the SCOTT [redacted] TEAM. And I strongly suggest you shouldn't as well.

On January 30, 2016, a representative contact me to inform me that a renter had occupied my home and that the following was noted: 1) one garage door opener didn't work, 2) the walk in door to the garage has water damageI attempted to receive an update and clarification on several occasions to include, February 23, 2016, March 5, and March 9, The only responses I received was February 24, - "I will check with maintenance and get back to you.", and on March 9, - "The maintenance person has been ill and has not turned in his invoiceI will send it to you as soon as we receive it."
I emailed Metro Brokerson again on April 16, 2016; to date, no responseI would like to note that this isn't my first time having this type of issue, as they have been managing my property for yearsOn one occasion, I traveled to GA just to pay a surprise visit to personally address issues and dissatisfaction with Metro Brokers service I am very disheartening, especially since Metro

This company is just sorryThey give you the run around and after obtaining your personal information they don't communicate effectivelyThey try to rent you a place stating that it's in perfect condition but when we finally seen the home, it was a hot dirty mess and smelt like dead animalsThese people are filthy, unprofessional liarsDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Realtor *** *** with BHGE used my information from LinkedIn to create an account on BHGE website without receiving my permission to use my informationSince *** created this account without my permission I have received multiple spam emails within the span of a few hoursI responded to *** and told him to delete the account and take me off his mailing listHe responded that I would need to log in to the BHGE website to close the account myselfThis is not acceptable for BHGE to allow realtors to create accounts using my informtaion without my permission and require me to access a website I have never visited before to close the account

Metro Brokers Academy provides a book to the students that has outdated information in itThis course costs the students $They are aware of this issue, however do not make students aware of all of the information that is incorrect in the bookWhen we take the final school test we are tested on incorrect information (information provided in the book not the correct information as per the state test) I have complained about this issue to corporate and nothing was done They just acknowledged that they are aware of this issue and are working on it You still have to pay the full price for the class regardless of the fact that they are not providing you with accurate information
