Transmission Repair Center

We could not proceed with repairs due to non payment, the customer did come up with the money and the issue has been resolved

The vehicle was repaired correctly and full support has been given to the customer, after talking with all the staff members they have not heard from the customer about any problems following repairs.

The vehicle had multiple parts updates, all work was completed the vehicle has been driving great. Amy stated the vehicle is driving better than it ever has.

None of the customers dates or time frames are correct, this customer tried to post negative reviews in hopes of getting some type of monetary gain.

The transmission had a complete rebuild, the vehicle had a computer failure, we do not cover computer failure as part of our warranty.

I have not been contacted by the company or any representatives of it. My Nissan still...

sits abandoned as a home for mice and rabbits. I have filed a small claims law suit in Douglas county, court mediation to be held on July 8th.
I am very upset that this company has taken my vehicle, stripped it and continually makes me promises they will fix it and haven't. Other than filing a lawsuit, what action can I take to prevent this from happening to anyone else?

I am rejecting this response because:It took them 7 months to respond to this complaint?  And then they...

didn't even respond to the basic issue.  Bottom line is that we had to pay Mercedes Benz over $3,000 to replace the transmission that this company was supposed to have replaced only a couple months prior.  According to Mercedes Benz, we never got a truly rebuilt transmission in the first place.
