Transmission Specialists of Montgomery Inc.

To start off with most of
the conversation was with *** ***As we all know I can't control what
was said to *** ***I only talked to a *** *** twice AND he was told
step by step what we needed to doHe wanted me to pull the transmission out or
the car freeHe could have
called me or even come to the the shop but didn't.First he has lied in his
description where he said he never knew the cost! They both knew exactly step
by step what was happening and what we needed to doI didn't start this work
yesterdayThis happens everytime customers want something for nothing and we
should work freeI gave them cost from servicing transmission to major
overhaulWe even tried to repair it cheaper and give them CREDIT if that
didn't work! Sounds fair to most people.Also he lied when he said I
refused to give them the car! Thats not true neitherCustomers don't know when
pans and fluids are removered what it looks likeOur policy has been for years
base on my attorney to return a customers car the way we recieve it PERIOD
Then we won't have problems.I went over step by step to
*** *** which again had to tell told *** He could have called me but
chose not toWe have a twenty four hour number.They cost me money and used
my timeThey left the car set on my lift for three days (12th/14th at $
per day while they decided what to doFriday the 14th, again told *** we
would put it back the way we recieved it and I would call her back when ready
Called her Monday morning ready for pick upThen when *** came in to pay
asked to bring the car to them and she would run me back(No tow truck needed)
They recieved the car the way we recieved it.There was no strong arm
tactic used by meEveything was tolded to them at lease one of them step by
step! I think *** *** has used this tactic before to get something for
free cause he sent this fax before I got back taking his car to his house!What I don't understand
*** *** has been here before and said we were fair, like our work before
and recomended to bring the car here*** *** wants something for freeHe
don't work free and neither do we.In closing NO REFUNDS will
be givenThe work was done and told to them step by step.Also
we would like this complaint removed now since *** *** doesn't own the car
Lora Johnson does which is who I talked toShe knew step by step what we were
doingAlso made a comment shedidn't
understand why Joe doesn't fix the old girl! ( her car)Thank You *** ***
