Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is and untrue the transmissions was not repaired as falsified by the hand Written receipt by Dwight.I took back when the car stopped changing gears months after picking up, I took to a transmission shop for a second opinion as soon as I picked up on Friday the linear selonid that he is stating needed to be replaced should have been replaced at the time of the rebuild and that was not done! the vehicle is in fact my vehicle & my only means of transportation How on Earth he feels he knows anything about my personal life or my transportation situation is beyond me! The title is under my name the registration is under my name the insurance is under my nameI have all the necessary proof off neededBut that is not the problem at handwhen I picked up the vehicle Friday not only Did I feel threatened, harassed and afraid due to the Explicit names he called me over and over her was hollering get out of my [redacted] building that get off of my [redacted] property, because I went back into the office and I asked him how I was supposed to start my vehicle, he left the car on the side of the road with a dead battery the keys were thrown on the driver side floor board Not to mention it was on the wrong side of the streetHe said that wasn't his [redacted] problem its your problem since you called the Revdex.com, So I took it he was very upset that this step was takenIf witnesses are needed My sister & youngest son were with me waiting outside of the building listening to every word he said every curse word he said and every Lude comment he was making to his employee about meAlso another Employed by the name of Ray came out & offered to jump the battery so the car wasn't left stranded on the side of the road he also offered To fix my car or "replace the transmission" And only charge for labor!? That comment scared the heck out of me coming from an employee of his shopI am at a loss for words!! He gave me his phone number and asked me to give Him a call any time if I wanted my vehicle repairedMy vehicle is still not running due to the fact he did not properly rebuild the transmission that I paid $to have running properly! If necessary I plan on taking further legal action with this matter I will not let this man intimidate me as he has and continues to do so to several othersI insist on everybody and anybody reading this if this becomes public, go online and read all the public reviews people have posted about the crude, rude and Just plain bad service they have received at this shopHow I wish I would have read these reviews before I went seeking proper respectful service! Transmission was rebuilt worked good for 1/months until Honda was wrecked by [redacted] 's sonCar needed lower control arm & frame work the impact is what broke the trans that's not warranty! [redacted] was told it needed linier solenoid she declined repair she said she was going to pick car up on FridayShe did not then changed her mind and told me to fix itI ordered solenoids they came in but she never came in to pay for partsThis went on or times I stoped answering phone callsThis is not her main car its her son's car [redacted] See recipt

Friday. She did not then changed her mind and told me to fix it. I ordered solenoids they came in but she never came in to pay for parts. This went on 3 or 4 times I stoped answering phone calls. This is not her main car its her son's car [redacted]. See recipt.
