They have contracts to towThey towed my car with out providing ANY evidence my car was illegally parked For this case, River side has a contract with You Club cottages to tow their cars that are illegally parked About two months ago my car was towed and was not illegally parked After requesting it River side sent me a second clip of my car which I still have, and provided NO evidence that my car was illegally parked I spoke to the manager of You club cottages and he said that riverside has "Accidentally" towed the wrong cars there in the past including some employee cars But he could do nothing farther than that Seeing as how I was charged $and NO evidence what so ever was provided to prove how my car was illegaly parked I consider this to be an absolute scam

Did not fix truck and also damaged it while in their custody CRG motors used transmission unlimited to repair a truck they sold meCRG had inspection passedWe found out from two repair shops it should have never passedCRG motors, ordered parts for trans UnionTo fix truckEveryday for two weeks, they told me it would be ready that dayAfter two weeks, I got the truck back, it had the wrong parts on it,it was not fixed completely, they didn't do the alignment and they also damaged my truck while they had itI took the truck to a shop that works on those kinds of trucks and had most of it repaired, but it still needs workI had to get a loan to repair itCalvin, of CRG Motorsports said he would talk to them to get his money back to reimburse me, since he said he would repair it since in never should have passed inspectionI told CRG motorsports about the damage they done while they had the truck, and he said he would say something,but doubted they would do anything about it

During the recent storms on 4/10/2016 in Baton Rouge, my son avoided driving in the weather by remaining in the safety of a friends apartment for about two hours. In that time Riverside Towing towed his car for being parked in the complex. My son called 4/11/2016 to get the procedure and price for the release of his car and was quoted a figure below $200 dollars. Once he arrived at Riverside Towing 4/12/2016 he was charged a price of $237.73. This price inflation was not supported by any price schedule and is derelict in nature. Students are intimidated and are compelled to pay without question. Furthermore, removing a car during a national weather emergency is suspect and never should have occurred in the first place.

My car was towed on 10/20/at 1:p.mfrom Lake Beau Pre Apartments by Riverside Towing, IncI called Riverside Towing to inquire about the process of getting my carI was told I needed the owner of the vehicle's drivers license & a written permission note from the owner of the vehicleI informed the employees that night that the owner of the vehicle, my father, lived in a different city; therefore, I would not be able to show his actual license but I could have a picture of everything sent to meThey told me that would sufficeI arrived at Riverside towing at approximately p.mI provided a picture of my father's drivers' license & a picture of the permission note that he wroteI was told that would not suffice, even though I was told on the phone prior that it wouldI then asked if I could email the pictures to them & they stated they did not have email accessThey very rudely told me that I could go print it out somewhereGiven that I already told them that I did not live in Baton Rouge and was just in town for the LSU football game and it was already 11:p.m., printing was not an optionThey very rudely told me I needed to figure it out myselfI then downloaded a fax app on my phone to fax them the pictures my father sent me of his driver's license and permission noteWhile I was figuring out "on my own" as I was told, I was also told that I needed to stand behind the gate which was not even near their officeI was treated like a child and bulliedFinally, I was able to fax them a copy of the owner of the vehicle's drivers license and the written permission note which initially stated, "Sabrina *** has my permission to pickup my 08' Honda Accord" and signed itAfter they had already seen the picture of the note on my phone AND received it through the fax, they then told me it was not good enoughThen they gave me a sheet a paper which I was NEVER told about that her permission note has to word for word followTheir template stated, "I, Edward ***, give Sabrina *** permission to pick up Honda Accord Grey from Riverside Towing" and told me for the first time after minutes of being there that it also needed a witnesses signatureGiven my father lives by himself and it was past 11:p.m., finding a witness made things very difficultBut I corporate anyways, I faxed them for the second time the new permission note and they told me it still was not good enough because they could not make out what the fax saidIt was a picture of a permission note that was faxed, so as you can assumed it was not very prominent on the paper; however, you could definitely make out what it saidAt this point, I was very frustratedI did everything they told me to do in order to get my car multiple times and they still would not release my vehicleAt this point, I was getting more frustrated and began to question the employees on their procedures of retrieving your vehicleA women who had light brown hair, brown eyes, around 5'3", over weight, and seemed to act as the manager of the night came out the office and rudely told me, I will keep your car here over night if you keep it upI felt very uncomfortable and attacked and questioned their rights so I threatened to call the policeShe responded by saying she was going to call the police on me as wellI did not call the police because I heard she already didAbout minutes later, a police officer arrivedAs I began telling him my story, I explained to him that this was the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced The same lady that threatened me before started yelling and cursing at me saying "This isn't *** customer serviceCustomer service is at McDonaldsWe are not here to *** serve you!" I very calmly explained to her that they are a business and are acting very unprofessional.They also tried to stale receiving my fax until after midnight to charge me for an extra day after I had already been there for AN HOUR! Riverside Towing, Incillegally towed my car from a public parking lot I was told a parking attendant tried to stop me from parking or to pay him but that wasn't true; no one spoke to me at all about parking there When I eventually got to Riverside to get my vehicle, the fee for about a 2-hour job was in excess of $CASH with outrageous extra fees added to the actual towing fee They only accepted cash so I walked in the dark, late at night to an ATM machine to get the cash to get my vehicle That company has rude employees that lie and they are predatory, unethical and unscrupulous The whole ordeal took advantage of me when there was no reason to tow my car Officers of the law that were on hand where I parked confirmed that Riverside Towing was a blight on Baton Rouge and the law officers admitted they had nothing nice to say about RiversideIt's my understanding that many people have had issues with them and also that there are cases pending against them I truly understand why There was no reason to tow my car at all There were no signs or other designations saying that I could not park where I did.They just saw an opportunity to bilk $240.00+ from me
Also, what do people do that don't have access to that kind of cash or have an ATM card? They have to leave their vehicle until they can work out those issues and then they get charged more for every day their vehicle is left on the lotThis business needs to be shut down Because I was a customer of one of the businesses where I had park and subsequently towed from, is planning to reimburse me the fees that I had to pay Riverside Towing I wanted a complaint registered against Riverside Towing in hopes that someone, somehow, can do something about this horrible, horrible business that gives Baton Rouge a black eye

This has to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with The woman was screaming at everyone while carrying a baby around with her When trying to ask for information on how to better get them the information they needed, she screamed at us and told us to get off the property or she would have us arrested Undoubtedly this company is only there to take your money and no assistance as to getting the information they require

On or about Sunday, April 29, 2018, my car was towed from my apartment complexI have an active lease and parking passAt some point, the parking pass fell off my window and into my seatThe tow company staff acknowledged that they could see the sticker in the seat, but still charged me to get my car back and referred me to the apartment complex for a refundI did not pay the apartment complex, I paid the tow companyHowever, the apartment management on site agreed that if they were able to see the sticker, I should not have been towed

My car was improperly towed from The Venue while my son was visiting a classmate that lives at The Venue
On 10/19/my son was visiting some classmates at The Venue while attending a gathering that they (The Venue) advertised for a Halloween Movie night and while there he returned to find that his car had been towed When looking at the The Venue parking guidelines for guest parking my son followed all of the guidelines The handbook for The Venue clearly states that on day of game (Saturday) that cars without the proper parking guest pass will be towed Well my son was there visiting friends on a Friday not game day When speaking to a representative from The Venue she stated how Riverside Towing is known for taking it upon themselves for unlawfully towing cars from the garage even prior to game day and how they themselves have had several complaints When speaking to the people at Riverside they had no explanation and was very rude about the entire incident It isn't righ

Extremely rude, refused to give car back because the woman didn't like the way I looked, cash only, no receipts
The person who I was "helped" by was rude, told my mother to shut up when she was attempting to talk to the woman and trying to give her money to release the carShe would not give the car back unless I sat in the vehicle I came from because she did not like the way I looked (exact words being "she needs to go back to the car she came from if she looks like that", I have a video of such)They also only accept cash, and my mother was not given a receipt even though she asked multiple timesMy vehicle was wrongfully towed in the first place, so it is suspicious that a receipt was never given, even after multiple requests
