Dear Sir,We have checked our records and found that the last time Mr [redacted] came in and his vehicle was checked by inspection by our Technicians found his vehicle had nothing wrong with it, and his 1-yr, or 12,miles warranty had expiredIn order to process a stolen item claim, our Insurance Company will need a list of the items, item #'s/serial #'s and also a copy of a Police Report for the alleged stolen items taken in order to satisfy the claim adjuster.Mr [redacted] also needs to provide his original documentation of work performed done to his vehicle We provided him a copy of this repair order and Warranty at time of delivery It is his official Proof of Purchase and provides the above information I've mentioned.Thank You,Respectfully Submitted,Carl [redacted] for Rosa B [redacted] -Ownerkcm
