this vehicle came with major transmission problem and we fixed it and give it back to the customer, when the car came back there was a
crack down the transmission as this car got hit by a curb and cause the transmission to break again, so this customer paid and we had to buy another parts for this car so we spent $to fix this vehicle and we did not even complain, but got surprised to see such letter from Revdex.com even though the car got picked up in perfect working order weeks ago, so kindly close this case as we did out part and more to help this customer and lose to get this car back on the streets

This customer brought her vehicle and signed a repair order where she agreed to pay the quoted $for transmission workHer insurance did not want to pay for us to rebuild her transmission, instead, they wanted to supply a used transmission with 100,miles on itDuring my conversation with
the insurance company, they explained that it would take about weeks for the used transmission to arrive at our facilityI suggested that if it had to be a used transmission, then a lower mileage unit would be preferableI gave them a list of local suppliers in Chicago that had good units in stockThe insurance could buy one and have it delivered to us and we would install itThis way, the vehicle would not remain stuck on our lift for so longThe insurance company refused stating that they only do business with their own suppliersThe customer did not want to wait the two weeks that it would take for them to supply us with a used transmissionAfter we negotiated with the insurance, they agreed to pay for us to rebuild her own transmissionAnd in end, the insurance gave us the authorization but would not pay more than $The customer could not afford the balance of $583.37, therefore in order to help this customer, we agreed that she would pay only $instead.After the work was completed, we faxed the insurance all of the paperwork, but they delayed to pay usThe insurance company stated that there were issues with the customer’s contractAfterwards, the customer kept calling us stating many times that she was not willing to pay more than what the insurance had agreed to payWe have a call recording system and have all of the phone conversations on fileThis customer harassed our receptionists over the phone and in personAfter the insurance company finally made their payment, the customer came to pick up her vehicleShe claimed she would pay after the test driveHowever, if a police officer had not blocked her with his vehicle, she would have left without paying the $because she took her key after the test driveShe had to return the next day to pay and pick up her vehicleFurthermore, we have both video evidence and witnesses of these events.From the moment this customer arrived at our facility, we welcomed her and we went above and beyond to help her out as much as we could, as we do with all of our customersIn turn, this customer, with the help of her daughter, planned to run off without payingThe attempted theft of services was so aggressive that a *** *** belonging to a *** *** *** was almost damagedThankfully, this off-duty officer was present that day and helped us by blocking this customer’s car with his own and shouting to stop moving her car or it would hit himWe called the police because in addition to grabbing her keys after the test drive, refusing to pay, and having her daughter try to drive away in her vehicle, she blocked our driveway so that we could not close the gate and leave after our business hours were at an endThe only reason we did not press any charges was because she did not manage to leave with her vehicle.With such low ethics and indecency, one questions the conduct of such a person that introduced herself as a public school teacherThis thief is the one who should be investigated for her own conductWho knows what are her practices in teaching childrenI have no doubt in my heart that she is a very serious liability and it is only a matter of time before she proves it.And lastly, we are a facility that only works on transmissionsWe do diagnoses and checkups related to our work for freeHowever, there is no reason why we should do a wheel alignment, whether for free or for a feeThis customer never signed a repair order for a wheel alignment, nor did she pay for such work in advanceTherefore, there are no grounds for reimbursement

we give flat rate price to all customers and we honor the prices we let customers signed for, we initially quoted her for a
rebuilt transmission that is not less than $in other shop around, we found major damage in her transmission related to manufacturer flaws in the assembly that made us spend more time and parts to resolve it, also the officer gave her $off the bill even as a shop we put more money in parts and and time more than what she paid us, we believe we did our part and this case shall be closed

he picked his truck driving from my shop, he complains about trans and we went over again as per our warranty, when he called back he
stated that his truck is not working I called him and I have his call recorded in my phone system that" I said we will send u a two truck and if the problem has nothing to do with the trans then we charge u the towing but we will diagnose it anyway to find the cause of his problem, also as per the rocrding I told him he can take his car to chevy dealer and klet them diagnose it and see if it is related to our work, as per the contract he signed we fix his transmission only, and his complaint has nothing to do with the trans or the work we did on the trans, so kindly close this case to out favor, complete call recording can be provided upon request to show the patience I had talking to him trying to help him and ask him to two it in my expense to figure what is his problemagain please close this case for the reasons I mentioned

I am rejecting this response because: The owner never told me about a balance of 533 dollars or my inability to pay.!inwas told the insurance would only cover 1200 and if I want the extended warranty I could pay a difference of $200. My deductible was only $100.  When I went to the tacitly with my daughter for a diagnosis, I was told your transmission is goingout but you have a little time. I explained that I has an extended warranty Thant expired  December 30, 2016. I was told to bring the car in on Monday to have it written up and the owner would take car of the insurance write up. I was told don't worry about the price that I wouldn't have to pay what was written. The owner stated he would request a higher amount then he would negotiate with the insurance company to cover the cost. I was told it would take about a week. I called the shop at the end of the week with an updated status and was told yeninsurance company was requested more information. I was told to contact he insurance adjuster Monty to agree with allowing the shop to rebuild the trans. I was told they would allow 1200 and the adjuster stated I didn't need to call the shop could have advised them on my wishes. Once the okay for the rebuilt trans, I was told it would take about a week. A week passed, the manager would say the car failed the test drive, it should be ready the next day . I was told the same story about 4 times. If they consider that harrassment l guess it is. The owner and manager states the car would take a week which was not the case. The business practices need to be examined. Do they have videos of me, probably. If I was not willing to pay my balance, when I was done on test drive I could of had my daughter drive off. The only thing I ask for the company was to fix my wheel alignment that that misaligned when doing GM my trans. I ask manager if I could pay pay 100 and take my car to get it aligned my self. I was told yes but the the owner said said no I would have to pay 200. After the police was called and the police spoke with them to settle Problem. They agreed to 100 again in front of he police then said nope she has to come back tomorrow. After the owner got in my face which is on camera, I refuse to gonna know. My husband and daughter went to pick up vehicle and they where told Tom ring the car back in 7 days and they would try to do he alignment. We go to the 7 day check up and for alignment manager states we were suppose to call before coming to see if a rack was availabile. This was not stated to my spouse. I was told to call back at 9 to see if a rack would be available. If the company wasn't agreeing to fix the rack why state bring car back or leave the car for 2 hours which I refused due to the previous issues. If you look closely into this company I'm sure I'm not the only customer who has had a horrible experience with this company. If thing written and stated is absolutely true. If I was thinking Incoukd have gotten the witness of others who were in the office that witness the events of the day. A company can not just cause issue to other parts of your car and then say we Don't fix that we only do trans. Who's held accountable for damages or other car related problems that has incurred while in their possession. I had a wheel alignment done Oct 30, 2016 a month before taking it to the shop. It was fine when I left it at the shop and when taking it on test drive before paying I notice the steering wheel was turned to the left not straight like it was. I don't think it's fair I have to pay the cost for something they didn't do correct especially if they said it was taken on numerous test drives. The mechanics should have seen that the steering was okay.

the customers brought her suv 2 years ago, she still have in her hand the signed  contract for 6m/6k miles whichever comes first , when she came this week we gave also a discounted price for going over the transmission again with 30% but refused and picked her suv few hours ago , according to...

the signed contact her relationship with us ended up long time ago and we advise her to service her transmission somewhere else avoiding unnecessary false accusations and lies, Revdex.com kindly dismiss her false claim and kindly close this case to our favor.
