Car was dropped off by repair shop [redacted] ( [redacted] ) and contacted me to tell me that he was sending a Bmw for transmission repair that had extended warranty contract I called [redacted] and notified him that the car was in my possession and that the extended warranty needed some oil maintaince records and he complied and faxed over the documents to the extended warranty company So him saying that he did not know or authorize any repairs is not true he knew transmissions r us had his car

Review: I had towed my car to a repair facility in [redacted] by the name of [redacted]. After numerous attempts to [redacted], I discovered that my vehicle was obtained by Transmissions R Us without my authorization. This facility is in the [redacted] limits where I refuse my car to be garaged. Upon discovery, I was informed that my vehicle was disassembled without my consent. I never gave this facility my vehicle, never signed any papaerwork nor heard estimates. I attemepted to retract my vehicle and it was told that I must pay them for removal of my transmission which was not authourized.Desired Settlement: I would like my vehicle back at no cost to me with my transmission intact. I am due for a car payment, insurance and warranty payment for a vehicle not in my possession.
