the van in question from mr.*** came in with no overdrive, at which time he told me to rebuild the transmission the speedometer
did not work before we started on the van and it did not communicate with a scannerHe was informed that this was necessary for the operation,the shift kit he talks about was taken out because it shifted to hardI do not rebuild transmissions if they do not need it we have been in business for years and are always busy he never took it to *** repair just kept taking to other places saying it needed to be rebuilt when it did not
We worked on the transmission and he said wires were pinched in the bell housingHe took it to a GM dealership and returned it to usI repaired the wires and replaced the case housing at no chargeWe never worked on the wheel driveHowever, I offered to have another shop look at the wheel
drive but the customer refused
