Complaint:***
I am rejecting this response because:Just today, funds were withdrawn from my account for an item I did not place - the reason for my complaint to the Revdex.com This was done despite the fact that I had notified the business that I did not want the item and to cancel this order immediately They claimed to acknowledge my reply but have stolen from my just the same Apparently, preventative steps and good business practices do not exist for this entity calling itself a business I need to have all monies refunded without delay I have not received either the item the business is both, charging me for and forcing me to buy but I've also not received the original item I ordered From my window, I've been robbed for a total of $and have no items to show for it - even those I did actually orderThank you for your assistance
Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: This business's unethical marketing practices have forced my valuable time to be spent in dispute rather than with things deserving my attention and priority.  This includes a family member living with cancer alongside my own chronic health concerns.  I insist upon qualifying this unsavory behavior through other renumeration.  Valuing one's customer base is an integral part of being in business.

This is in response to your
letter of March 21, 2014 regarding the above referenced client. The following
is our history of this customer and actions we have taken to resolve this
matter.

We are an e-commerce business
and take orders over the phone, thru email and the Internet. The customers are
sent an offer and if they accept it, we process it and send them the item thru
regular mail. Additional emails are sent, one will acknowledge their purchase,
one will tell them it is getting ready to ship, one will say it has shipped and
the last one will say that we hope they are enjoying their purchase. There is a
full money back guarantee just by asking on most products. They are also given
a website to write to:[redacted] and we will answer
their letters.

The
weekly forecasts that [redacted] signed up for was from Bethea’s website:
[redacted].  A weekly astrological forecast was
emailed to him.  While reviewing Mr. [redacted]’s account we noticed that
it had been unsubscribed.  On March 28, 2014, we re-subscribed his
account.  [redacted]’s account status is now active and he will
begin receiving his weekly emailed forecasts.

Since customer service is our
highest priority we hope that this problem has been resolved to [redacted]’s satisfaction. If there are any additional questions or any other
information that we might provide, please let us know.

Very Truly Yours,
[redacted]

On
February 23, 2015 we received an email from [redacted] stating: “Today I
received a letter from you informing me that you will be sending me a product
that I did not order prior.  While I
comprehend the marketing technique employed here, I did not request or
authorize this use of my address.  More
to the point, I will not pay for the shipping necessary to return this
unrequested item.  As well, I do not
agree to pay for something did not order in advance or authorize to be shipped
to me.  This is improper violation of my
address and personal information. It s disheartening and sad that anyone would
pursue business aims so violently as to overlook those people they claim to
serve.  I feel violated and devalued
beyond repair.  *Again, do not anticipate
return of these items or payment for these items*.  If you need these items back, you must send
me a [redacted] pre-paid shipping label.  I will
have to make certain that my
Bank
understands that your company is not authorized to charge me for items did not
order or authorize in any way, shape or form.
I m beyond disgusted in how freely your company has misused and abused
the sharing of my information.  You
should close now before violating anyone else further.

On
February 24, 2015 we received an email from [redacted] stating:” Sadly, you do
not understand the message I sent.  I did
not say cancel the entire order.  I
informed you that you took liberty of my personal information and mailed me a
note saying you were sending me a second item without first clearing this with
me.  That is the item that must be
canceled without delay.  This does not
mean I don t want the first set of rings.
You are now putting a noose around your neck since marking  return to sender  means I will now have to cancel the entire
order AND request are fund from you.
That was not the thrust of my note at all.

Return package instructions
were also included in her shipment.
To-date, no returned package, or phone calls regarding this product have
been received.  [redacted]s account
was recently reviewed and a refund was issued.

The offer that [redacted] replied
to states:  (A copy of the complete order
form is attached.)

I am happy to pay the friendly
price of $39.00 including all expenses for your personal preparation and
postage. And because I want you to help me to inherit The [redacted] to attract wealth and riches into my life, I will
receive each set of 3 powerful rings monthly at the same special low price. I
will also receive a new silk scarf, and compendium with ritual and incense.

Review: I continue to not receive emails on a regular basis containing astrological information. I have been a recipient for probably 7 - 10 years but in the past 2 years I have not received the weekly communication as in the past. I have regularly advised (via the suggested way) and this week makes the third week of non receipt - I did receive one week after complainint for the three weeks prior to that. I am not sure if this is a programming issue on their part of if because I have complained, someone is being judicial and taking me off the list. I have even suggested canceling and resubmitting a request, but no response to that.Desired Settlement: To regular receive the email on the weekly basis that is supposed to be with the request to receive this astrological information.

Response:

Review: on 1/16/14 I ordered the 888 pendant necklace. After two weeks after I never received it, I called the customer services number and was told it was being sent out that day. Another week later I called and was told it was being shipped out on January 29th. Another week later I sent an email requesting a refund of my money. The response from Bethea was asking to verify my mailing address??? I sent her an email with that information and again asked for a refund. Her response was that I contact her customer service dept. at [redacted]. When I called and told her that Bethea Jenner referred me to this number to get the refund, the agent proceeded to ask me to verify my address and that she will contact the post office. I told her that if I did not get the refund immediately that I will report this to the Revdex.com. Next week it will be two months since I originally ordered the pendant. I feel they are giving me the run around and refusing to return my $86.75. This is a terrible business practice. All I want is my money back. Please help me in this situation.Desired Settlement: refund back to my visa card of $86.75.
