I needed someone to move an elliptical, and since I knew it would be a tight fit in my basement, I specifically hired Transmotion, despite the fact that they charge nearly double what anyone else charged because they advertise that they "cover the entire process of disassembly, transportation and reassembly of your product." (see: *** When they got to my house with the elliptical and it didn't fit, they refused to disassemble it, saying it's against company policy to disassemble exercise equipmentSo basically they are advertising something that it is against their company policy to doCustomer service was rude and refused to do anything, including take the elliptical back to where it came from

Transmotion picked up our elliptical machine and took a chunk out of our wall when doing soThe tech assured me the wall would be repaired at Transmotion's costWhen I submitted my painter's repair quote to Transmotion, they only cut me a check for less than half of the amountI had to spend $out of pocket for this repair caused by TransmotionI will not be using this company again as they do not take care when handling items or rectify damage
