I am categorically rejecting this response because it is nothing more than an empty promise with nothing to back it up.  The same response has been given over and over by this company to past complaints of this nature.  Meanwhile, the company blatantly ignores the National Do Not Call List and continues with this unethical business practice.  Every telemarketer is REQUIRED BY LAW to check the National Do Not Call Registry every thirty days against their phone list.  Saying we have an error in our database confirms this company DOES NOT check their list against the DNCR.  I have filed a complaint with the FTC via https://www.donotcall.gov/ and informed all my friends and neighbors not to do business with TransNational.  Absolute zero tolerance will be given to Transnational or any of their representatives if this occurs again.  This is not an empty promise as given by this company.  Should you doubt my word, be fully prepared for additional legal action.  Regards,

Review: Transnational Corporation has used what they are calling the "[redacted]" to contact our home telephone on countless occasions. Our home telephone number is unlisted. They claim that they have done work in our neighborhood and that is why they know our name an unlisted number.

I believe this to be a flat out right lie.

We are on the DO NOT CALL list.

Their repeat calling has is a direct form of harassment.

The sales rep insinuated that one of our neighbors provided our name and number before turning the call over to his supervisor.

The supervisor said that they got the number from the "[redacted]."Desired Settlement: Whatever list they are using needs to be cross-referenced with the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Review: I'm on the do not call list - and received a phone solicitation call at the number registered on the DO NOT CALL list. When I pointed out I was on the list and they should remove me - the caller became rude and hung up.Desired Settlement: I want the president of the company to personally apologize for the violation and apologize for the rudeness of his staff. Secondly, I want to know what measures they are taking to adhere to the list and to remove my name from any database they may have.

My guess is that I won't get either, but I do want them to know how rude their staff was.

Response:

I apologize for any inconvenience one of our calls may have caused you. We have no desire to call you if you are not interested in our services. We now have your phone number from the Revdex.com, and can make sure that you have been removed from our calling lists. Our representatives are trained in professional speaking skills, but if you know the name of the person you spoke with who was rude to you, please send that information to us, and we will follow up with that internally. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you will consider using Transnational in the future for any home improvement needs.

Review: For the third time I have received a phone solicitation from this business. On each of the first two calls, I informed the caller that I was on the do-not-call list and did not wish to be called. I specifically instructed them not to call.

I received yet ANOTHER call tonight, making it three calls. I have complained before to the Revdex.com and to the FTC/FCC complaint line. The business has failed to respond to any of the complaints, and the ability of Revdex.com to resolve the issue permanently has shaken my faith in the effectiveness of the Revdex.com. This business is breaking the law.Desired Settlement: I want 1) a written apology and acknowledgement from the owner of the business that they will no longer contact me trying to sell a service, 2) no more contact after the apology letter, and 3) $100 restitution for my time and trouble to deal with the ongoing problem.

Review: Although I am registered on the DO NOT CALL LIST, I have been receiving unsolicited sales calls from the company for years. I would politely ask the sales rep to remove my number from their calling list, and would be assured that my request would be honored. Perhaps a month or two later, the process would repeat. Each time, the sales rep. was very polite, apologized, and assured me that the calls would stop. They did not. I have now taken to reporting each call to the Federal Trade Commission. Without exaggeration, I must have filed at least 7 or 8 complaints over the past six month. Over the past two weeks, I have received three calls. I have read the other comments about the same problem. I expect that the owner will issue an apology and assure me that he or she will correct the problem. They don't. I have no experience with the quality of the service and products that this company provides. But, common sense tells me that if this company has to devote so much time and money to cold calling, after having been in business for so many year, they must not get much repeat business or many customers via "word of mouth". There are many good contractors in this area. Don't bother with this one!Desired Settlement: I would like a letter from the company assuring me that the unsolicited calls to my home will stop, AND, WHAT AMOUNT THEY ARE WILLING TO PAY ME IF ANY MORE CALLS ARE MADE. Their promises to date have been worthless. I would like them to back up their assurance with a monetary guaranty.
