I am writing this email to address the complaint made by
Mr*** *** ***In his complaint, Mr*** mentioned that TransNet
Payment Systems made a debit from his account without letting him know
Additionally, he mentioned that
we were not answering any of his callsThese
acquisitions are, however, completely false
Before I begin, I’d like to share with you some facts about
how I run my business. TransNet Payment
Systems was founded in August of 2004, and since then we have acquired not only
a great reputation, but also thousands of customers nationwideWe currently do
credit card and ATM processing with the potential of further growing our
businessAs part of our team initiative, we make sure that each customer feels
that ample time and effort has been spent on his account by displaying
extraordinary customer service This
client, in particular, is one that we put a lot of time and effort intoAlong
with time and effort spent, we also lost a significant amount of money on himWe did
make an ACH from Mr*** account, but he was well aware of this chargeWe
took out $from his account for the cost of setting up our ATM machine at
his locationMr*** had previously signed an ACH Authorization Form allowing
us to debit his account in the instance any charges were to occurFollowing
this incident, Mr*** breached both his credit card and ATM contractsHe has
yet to pay either of the contract breaching fees totaling up to $3,Later
we received papers from the Gregg County small claims court stating that Mr*** was suing us for $We quickly decided that we wanted to settle this
claim and contacted Mr*** stating that we were ready to give him the $
just as long as he returns our ATM machineMr***, however, stated that he
would like us to return him the money via courtSince then, we have been unsuccessfully
trying to get ahold of *** *** for over months*** is responsible for the
case between Mr*** and TransNet Payment SystemsWe have emailed her, and
left voicemails, but have yet to hear from herUnable to speak with ***, we
tried several times to relay the situation to Mr***, but he would not pick
up any of our callsWe sent an employee to Mr***’s location with the check
in hand, twice, but Mr*** refused to release our ATM machine worth about
$2,
We have reason to believe that Mr*** is working with a former
TransNet agent named *** *** ***She left the company after some
unfortunate circumstances, and since then, Mr*** has been accusing us of wrongs
that we did not doOriginally we did not want to get involved in a long legal
battle, and decided to settle this with Mr***, but our losses have
significantly increased since thenWe will soon be counter suing Mr*** for
breaching our contracts, keeping our ATM machine, and harassing our employees
over the phone
