Hello,

I am replying to the Transpacks claim submitted today. I am not satisified with the response that was given here is why.

I was told that I had a one year one warranty on this auto part. The part was brought in whole with the original box, receipt and part. I had one missing screw which should not void a warranty. Of course the part did not look pristine due to the fact my mechanic had remove transpacks defective sensor and place the working sensor back on my car. There was no tampering with this part.

However, under a one year warranty it should not matter when I bring the defective part back to the store rather it be one month to 11 months, it is still within that one year grace period.
Regards,
[redacted]

Review: I have a 2008 Hyundai Elentra. I purchased 2 headlight bulbs H11B from you recently. The first one I got around 2 months ago. The bulb blew out after only a month so I went back to the store and told them I looked for my receipt and couldn't find it. They practically called me a liar despite the fact the same salesman waited on me the first time (he wouldn't forget who I am). He then told me I would have to pay for another bulb which I reluctantly did. About 3 weeks later the second bulb burnt out.The name of the company I purchased these from is TRANSPACK AUTO PARTS located at [redacted]. It appears that the filament near the upper tip of the electrode detached from the coil filament.Just to point out to you I had the original bulbs in there since the car was purchased about 5 years, so I doubt its the socket (which incidentally looks clean)Desired Settlement: Refund or at least store credit

Can you cancel this complaint? They already paid me back and I'm satisfied.

Review: I [redacted] IV am writing to file a complaint against Transpack Auto Parts located in Garden Grove California. My reason for this complaint is I purchased a Transmission Sensor (auto Part) for my vehicle about one month ago; which cost $171.00 The speed sensor was dysfunctional so a purchase a new from another location which cost $180.00. I called Transpack beforehand to inform them of the problem, they told me I had a one year warranty on the auto part if I had the receipt. Upon arriving to the location with the part and the receipt I was denyed my money, or another part for equal or lesser value. The reason for the denial was because of a miscolored screw, in which they said that me or the auto mechanic may have taken a piece out of the sensor. So I then asked could they send the part to the manufacture to see if they would validate the warranty. Today 8/29/2014 at approximately 10:00 am I received a blocked called from an employee named Tuan who said they would not accept the part and I need to drive 1 hour from my home to pick the part up.

I am not satisfied with their business and I believe they are doing something unlawful; I have a strong feeling I am not the only one who has been cheated out of their revenue.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome in this situation would be to either get a refund of my revenue, in which I have the receipt to prove my purchase; and or receive an auto part of equal value.
