Review: My sister and I both bought 2 bus tickets through [redacted]. My order was immediately refunded saying they no longer accept [redacted] payments. My sisters went through. I asked them to refund the other and they said no problem.

I've had the absolute worst time trying to work with them. I have tons of emails and calls that go unanswered. I'm constantly being lied to and turned around. I was told two months ago that getting my refund would be no problem. Obviously it has been. After weeks of not getting it, I called again to find out they needed my address in order to supply the refund because sending it back through [redacted] was too hard. Weeks went by and again nothing. Two weeks ago I called and they confirmed they sent out the money order. I still do not have my refund, but I have emails saying I will get my refund. I can't even leave voicemails anymore because the answering machine says it's full.Desired Settlement: Getting the $80 back I was promised two months ago.

Review: I'd like to begin saying that I am not sure if this belongs here. I can't said this company is fraudulent or charged me for anything I did not receive. Essentially, they do not hold reservations. I made a reservation with them (I have email backups) to take 14 people to an amusement park last Thursday. The bus never showed up leaving us all stranded. I have no idea how this company is able to operate under such willful neglect of customers.Desired Settlement: Modify their advertising to ensure that people know this company does not honor reservations. They will take the reservation, but no one will actually come pick you up.
