Worst experience. I only called for information and this guy has not stopped texting me, its already 10 pm. He has become so frustrated that he started calling me names.

I made a last minute decision to move across the country, and I was super stressed out about getting my car shipped quickly. I wanted to find a quality company, but I was running out of time and didn't have any experience shipping a car. I'd asked for price quotes online, and I was getting bombarded with calls from a million different companies, many of which seemed very sketchy and in a hurry to make a quick buck off of someone like myself who has little experience with shipping a car. A friend recommended this company, and I gave them a call. The owner of the company took time to talk to me and explain what services I'd be provided and the process for shipping my car. Bill managed to get my car picked up the same day I called, and my car made it across the country in 5 days. Very impressed with everything! I would use this company again in the future.

I would definitely recommend Transport Connection! This was my first experience shipping a vehicle and Bill (the owner of Transport Connection) was great to work with! He explained to my husband and I exactly how the process worked and got our car safely to our destination in 2 days!! We shipped my husband's car from Jacksonville, Florida to San Diego, California when we were moving because of my husband's military orders. *** found us a carrier fast and that was high quality! Bill was always available when we needed him to answer any questions. He has obviously been in this business a long time! I'm a nurse - most recently employeed at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. And my husband is a US Navy doctor. We would recommend Transport Connection to any of our family or friends needing to ship a vehicle!

I got a very rude voicemail from a gentleman just now because I called this morning at 7am returning a call with no voicemail the night prior. I dont think that is very professional. This employee(?) telling me in the voicemail that this is not a cab company and that I shouldn't be calling that early is not appropriate. No one answered my call this morning and there was no option to leave a voicemail.
When I called back the same employee answered. When I told him I had just gotten a rude voicemail he knew who I was and continued to belittle and yell at me over the phone then hung up on me. Horrible customer service, rude and would never work with them.

I just had a successful transaction with *** at Transport Connection. Yes, he is gruff and brusque, however, that front hides someone who really cares about doing right for his customers. I received several quotes, one of which was way lower. I originally went with that company, and immediately discovered it was a bait and switch. So... I came back to ***, the quote he gave me (the same amount from the second quote) remained the same, even though it had been 4 days since we talked. He repeated the same information each time I talked with him. On June 17th, I signed the contract with him. He told me it would most likely be Monday the 19th before he had transport for me. I thanked him and we hung up. THREE minutes later he called me and told me he had a transporter who would be arriving in 2 hours and my car would be in Oklahoma on the 19th of June. The transporter showed up on time, took good care of my car, and left. *** called me to make sure the car had been picked up later on the 17th. He reiterated that the car would arrive on the 19th.

Much to my surprise, 20 hours after the car left and 36 hours early, I received a call that my car was at the destination in Oklahoma. on June 18!

*** followed up with me the evening of the 18th to make sure everything had gone well.

I know from my own experiences in Customer Service a person tells 3 people when they are happy with the service and 10 when they are unhappy.

I am telling everyone I can how happy I am with his service, as the mother of a Military Person, I'm making sure all of my support group knows he's the real McCoy, as our kids end up getting scammed by others all the time.

That Walter Matthau exterior hides the heart of some one who really cares. Thank you *** for making my transport of my personal vehicle God so well!!

I only wish I could leave him 10 stars!
