Transport Financial Services holds the bond on a broker that is out of business, and they are denying a perfectly valid claim. They are denying it, due to the fact that the paperwork does not say "Bill of Lading," even though we have submitted a de facto bill of lading, in the form of a memorandum and shipping order. They are purposefully trying to avoid payment, and because of this, the carrier will not be paid for the work they have done. It is the bond holders responsibility to protect the interest of carriers, and they DO NOT have the carriers' best interests in mind.
