that desire to park their vehicle for a period of timeIn this particular case, we offered Mr***, an extra hour of parking to extend our service instead of the usual 2-hours parking timeThe parking ticket states that it is a 2-hour parking and that no after business hours parking is allowedMr*** returned after 1am to pihis vehicleNaturally, the mall security noticed the vehicle after business hours and call it to be towedThe mall has signage thought out the parking lot with the rules and policies for all customersIt is clear that after hour parking is not allowed.As for Mr***’s request of reimbursement for the fees in this case, we are unable to do thisBaDuty Free never called the towing company to have this vehicle towedIt is the customer’s responsibility to follow any of the mall’s rules and policies.I have attached the original complaint from the Revdex.com and our parking ticket for your referencePlease do not hesitate to contact me if you should have any further question.Director of Retail Operations
