We received a complaint, ID #: [redacted],   this complaint is from someone who we did not agree to service.   We told her we would try to assist her, however we never agreed to ship her car, the proof is that we never took her deposit,which we obviously would have taken if we agreed to...

handle her vehicle.  Is there any way to get this removed entirely, as it does not seem fair that person can come off the street and leave us a negative review without any business dealings with us.Please let me know as soon as you can.Thank you  [redacted]

As I stated in the original email, we did attempt to help this customer.  However she never paid us to confirm the reservation.  The receipt she submitted is blank in the payment department.  A completed receipt would have the credit card information filled out and signed, authorizing us to charge her credit card.  We never received the sign authorization to charge her card and thereby committing to move her vehicle on a specific timeline.   Please remove this complaint from the system. I thank you in advance for your time.

Review: I had a car delivered (order # [redacted]) , the contract cost was $1200. I authorized the charge of $400 to my credit card. The car was delivered and I was to pay the driver $800 in cash, which I did. In the mean time TLA charged an additional $50 to my credit card without my authorization. This is $50 over the agreed cost.Desired Settlement: Refund of my $50.

Great service.Car was picked up as promised. Driver was extremely helpful especially after my car would not start.. Pleased and plan on using them next winter as well.
