customer was given a courtesy ride to her home. While inspecting the car in our lot, our technician found that the car would still turn over but not start, so the vehicle was pushed inside the shop. After checking the ignition system and finding no problems, the fuel system was then checked. Our technician found that the fuel system was operating at 7 PSI at the test port when the manufacturer specification states that this car should be operating at 53-63 PSI. As there was enough current in the electrical system to power both the ignition and fuel systems but the fuel system was operating at below specification and there were no malfunction lamps lighted on the dash ( including but not limited to the electrical system malfunction lamp) , a faulty fuel pump module was deemed to be the problem. After receiving the customer's approval at 9:40am on February 11th, 2015 , a new fuel pump module was installed in the vehicle. The vehicle started and was test driven, the customer was notified that the vehicle was ready for pick up. The customer paid the repair bill and picked up her vehicle on February 11th, 2015.    On Monday February 16th, the customer called and stated that her battery light had came on. She was told to bring the vehicle in on Tuesday February 17, 2015 and we would check the charging system. The customer agreed to do so but on said date, the customer failed to return nor did she call to let us know she would not be bringing her vehicle in as previously agreed upon. There has been no further contact from the customer until we received this complaint. This is also the first we have heard of her vehicle stalling and possibly being involved in an accident.  We treat all of our customers, male or female, with the same courtesy and respect.
