Consumer failed to mention pertinent information regarding his complaintWe are very organized and have a very consistent track records with our clients. We deal with over riders a week and it is very important for them to send in work schedules in a reasonable amount of time to ensure
proper placement in our scheduleThis particular client worked retail so his schedule would change weekly, he submitted schedule way to late for us to properly accommodate himSometimes submitting schedule late evenings or in the middle of the nightWe do not schedule clients hours a dayWe have business/office hours for schedulingYou can't submit a weekly schedule Sunday night and expect to be accommodated correctly for the week. Client also failed to mention his numerous cancellations, him not being ready for pickup and submitting wrong scheduleHe failed to properly cancel on several occasionsas and requested numerous schedule changes within the weekAgain in dealing with plus riders it's almost impossible to adjust to certain requests In the future please make sure all facts are presented

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In reguards to Transportation Blue's response he has nowhere near people 10-at mostI still have every text message between us from day one if I send my schedule at night it's because I usually get off around p.m. As stated in the messages I send himI only cancelled when I wasn't going to work or was only gonna need his service to get home or because he took so long I wound up using *** or *** to get to work or homeHe uses another driver by the name of Lu very nice lady and writes your schedule down when givenWith her I was always on time or earlyBut if I gave Jason my schedule the night before between and only if I got off late he wouldn't respond until around the next Morning saying he coming at or he can't do it when I wake up at on the days I open and text him to see where he is then I get a reply an hour later saying he can't come his schedule full but if that were the case why not tell me that the night before so I could arrange something elseLike I said I have all the messages and the only time you don't have to text and call repeatedly is on pay day and wants hundreds after he has cancelled numerous times once you do the math you owe him around *** bucks but he wants the money as if he provided the services then on two occasions he said he was leaving me if I wouldn't hurry the first time it was because a client of his wanted to catch the bank and the other was after he never responded when I asked what time he was comingAs far as me not being ready I was always ready and asleep on the sofa because it takes him so long to say hey I'm running behindI never submitted the wrong schedule any schedule change I had I let him know as soon as possible witch would be hour or less of a differenceMost days he had to ask when I got off work because he obviously forgot and probably didn't write it down and left it as a text messageAnd lastly as far as his "business hours" the only thing he ever told me was he doesn't drive on Sunday Lu usually does unless he didn't make her scheduleSo as stated the facts are there he just doesn't want to accept them when I told him my job said I was coming in to late he immediately disagreed when he drove percent of that time period

He is clearly telling me a few hours before I'm due somewhere he can't do it

I am a female military veteran that used their car service for an appt at McGuire Hospital. It was required that I have a driver to stay with me during my procedure and to take me home. Transportation Blue provided this service for me, a female driver and much more at a minimal cost. She made me feel very comfortable from the beginning of her picking me up and all throughout our waiting together for my appt and afterwards. It was as if I was with a female friend. She showed compassion and concern and she even made me laugh alot to keep my mind off of the procedure. I first chose this company because of their services they offered, but now I shall stay with this company for their caring and loving demeanor. I hope others will find this review helpful.
