Don't do it. Just don't. You've been warned.
Review: This company is declining transactions, but debiting my account for the full dollar amount. They did it twice for [redacted] in the dollar amounts of $90 and $120. They did it for [redacted] for $32 approx. They did it for [redacted] on 1/1 for $1 (I had no food in my house and used my last dollar to buy food. Because it was declined, I had to go without food until I got paid). They did the same for a Cab company for $16.50. This is a pattern. It is not the merchants. The problem is this credit union. They must have some type of block on my card.Desired Settlement: The Customer Service reps aren't helpful over the phone. I am moving all direct deposits out of this account. I want my money back. In addition, if it happens again, I'm filing a federal lawsuit. I came to a credit union to avoid drama associated with banks. However, they are showing a pattern similar to the banks.

Review: I have an account with this organization. This company has violated the truth in lending act. They didn't disclose all of the fees that they assessed to the account. They also let various individuals make unauthorized withdrawals from my Account. one amount was for $9.20 on 8/27/13. They haven't sent a statement for this month yet.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. Just when I was trying to build a relationship with these people, I found that I cannot trust them. I'm going to close my account and then file a truth in lending violation lawsuit against them.
