not paid for services rendered - held payment for no valid reason - continue to lie about reasons for not being paid - still paying other vendorsLease agreement with this company to pull loads. Driver asked for time off and came home on Tuesday to spend time with his girlfriend. Company texted Wednesday if driver was ready to go out. Dispatcher knew driver was taking a few days off. Friday was pay day check was held. Could not reach anyone in payroll to get an answer. Spoke with [redacted] (recruiter) for company and (he knew settlement was being held) and he told me someone in payroll to try and reach and of course we could not get ahold of anyone. Emailed payroll ([redacted] requesting reason for delay in pay. She told me the dispatcher had our check held because he FELT as if we were going to leave the company. She also said she would could a check as soon as possible. No check was cut Monday because no one was at the yard to check in the trailer. Tuesday trailer was checked in and approved [redacted] as okay so payment could be released. Wednesday not paid supposedly due to weather and staff not being there although [redacted] was the only one who could do payroll on Monday and could not on Tuesday on [redacted] could only cut the check. A lot of conversations back and forth with the owner [redacted] on who, what, where and why but still no pay. Come Friday a week later I continued to request check and was told that due to the weather that the banks were closed and would not be paid then either. Other drivers continued to be paid on Friday (I have proof) and yet we were lied to. More words exchanged with with Mr. [redacted] and he basically just finally replied with "Just send me ne more email, I dare you to" so I finally got disgusted and turned elsewhere. We have met all requirements. We left the Transportation Firm as drivers and only want what is rightfully ours of which they are holding at will. Our settlement was $2277.41 they were going to mail a check (which they all bounced in the past and we were forced to go to [redacted] and get charged extra for them) then they decided to pay $1000 [redacted] and would send the balance when [redacted] could get around to it. Then they were going to pay all their CURRENT drivers before ones who had left even though we already earned our money the previous week. They also owe us escrow of $2500 which will be due March 5, 2015 per lease agreement. People we have dealt with regarding this matter are [redacted] (owner), [redacted] (recruiter), [redacted] (payroll), [redacted] (dispatcher) [redacted] (checked trailer unit in. Issue began 02/13/15 to current date.Desired SettlementSettlement Balance of $1227.41 and escrow balance of $2500.00 immediately

We have a judgment against them .. you couldn't tell me what bank the checks are drawn on.. assuming you got paid. So sorry.. appears to be an ongoing trend with them.

I am an independent commercial driver with my own truck pulling The Transportatin Firm(TFL) trailer. I get paid every week as I scan in the bill of lading(paperwork). I decided not to work for TFL any longer because there employee asked about information that was given two weeks ago prior to the question from the person in the department that wanted the information. The result was I needed to produce trailer repair reciepts that was was all faxed in from the repair shop. My payment of service was all paid out until the day I no longer wanted TFL dispatching service which also work with another company [redacted]. One reciept was asked about from January. It is not my if TFL can not keep up with there paperwork. As with a contract with TFL an escro of $2500 is held until after 30 days of turning in the trailer. As of yet My last two service has not been paid at $2700 and an escrow due at $2500 a total of $5,200.Desired SettlementThe amount is to grate for me to take to a justice court and to low for an attorney to take the case. If I can get the $2500(escro account) by contract then maybe I can send in the original bill of lading for the rest.

After being under contract for the The Transportation Firm (TFL) also known as Regional Transport Services (RTS) for almost a year, the company has stopped payment. As requested by dispatch to get in contact with the owner of the company via email to get the issue resolved there was still not a legit answer as to why it's been just shy of 30 day's and still no settlement and no answers.Desired SettlementDesiredSettlementID: Contact by the BusinessContacted by business to recieve settlements
