I went into Cadillac back in December and purchased a Cadillac, the night I purchased (paid in full) I was unable to take the vehicle homeI was told that the vehicle was having an issue with the shifting area do to the detailer blowing to much air when cleaning by the sales rep C***I was concerned and spoke with both A*** the internet Sales manager who I was working with originally on the purchase and C*** the closing sales repI was told it was a minor issue from the detailingFast forward months, my car all of a sudden wont go into gear and revs upI contact the service center to see about bringing my vehicle in and was told the night of the purchase there was parts replaced in the transmissionI was never made aware of the transmission issue and in all the paperwork there was no noting of a transmission parts repairI was completely lied to both the night of the purchase and the day I [picked up the vehicleSo instead of taking the vehicle to the Cadill
