When the costumer didn't agree to the proposed terms, we refunded the deposit to the customer immediatelyIt was the customer's choice to take a vehicle with only 20K miles which is still under manufacturer warranty for inspectionThough we respect the customer's decision, we don't feel that we are obligated to pay for his decision

I am still not seeing any contrition from dealership for not completing the task of obtaining tags and title as agreed upon during our transaction which caused this situation in the first place. To be informed that I am on my own is a very sad response, and greatly increases the fact that I will never use the services or send a recommendation of this dealership again

This is a very confusing complaint. Simply put, when we sell a vehicle, we have to collect sales tax even if the purchaser resides out of state. We don't keep sales tax. We pay it to government on monthly basis. We don't get refunds from the Indiana Department of Revenue. The costumer has to work...
