Transportation Outlet Inc.

The truck has a lot of proplems.  The warranty company said this truck shouldn't have been sold like this. They won't pay the full price of the repair. There willing to pay 1/4 of the repairs. I'm stuck having to pay the rest. I just bought this truck. I shouldn't have to put this much money in to it. I think this truck is a Lemon. I can list all the repaired if needed.

[redacted] made by Mr. [redacted] regarding his purchase of a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500.  On January 21, 2016 Mr. [redacted] did purchase a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Vin. #[redacted] The purchase price of the Ram was $10,895.00.  The taxes $735.41, doc fee $250.00 and temp tag $18.50.  The total was $11898.91.  It was explained and verified by Mr. [redacted] through several documents signed by him,  that this vehicle was sold in “AS IS” condition without any warranty either expressed or implied through Transportation Outlet Inc.  Mr. [redacted] received   a three month/4,500 mile warranty through Cars Protection Plus that was purchased for him.   As we cannot  speak on their behalf all inquiries about the warranty should be addressed to Cars Protection Plus directly. Although it is very unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] has had any issues with his vehicle, Transportation Outlet is not responsible for any repairs.  Enclosed are copies of the paperwork signed by Mr. [redacted].  Counting the purchase order, Buyers Guide (where he signed twice on the front and an on the pack of each page), and the Warranty Disclaimer, Mr. [redacted] acknowledged, via six signatures, that his purchase was “AS IS” through Transportation Outlet Inc.
