I took my son into tsc inc to be drug tested, and I was told she could not give me a letter with the results or receipt until I provide his social security number which I did not have at the time. I was told to email back his soc security number and I would be emailed the results as well as a receipt.
After several emails, I never received anything from them and the day before my son was going to court, the owner demanded 40 additional dollars to get the results. she stated because I yelled at her
this is extortion and credit card fraud because they charged my card at a latter time and did not perform the agreed upon service
