To whom It May Concern,
I personally spoke with Ms. [redacted] regarding her complaint. We addressed the long wait time and rude dispatcher.
We reminded Ms. [redacted] and we suggested she call ahead and make reservations. It was extremely busy that...
day. She didn't make advanced reservations. I also reprimanded the rude dispatcher. We apologized to Ms. [redacted] and offered discount on future trip.

I did not receive an apology from the cab company. The manager was rude and I did call for a cab early enough to make the reservation. If they were to busy they should have told me that at the time I called and not after I called 3 times and was told the cab was down the street.
