Review: The business sold me a ticket that says that the bus transportation will be leaving at 1:15 PM. The bus and did not leave until 3:30 PM and I was not notified of the changes until I arrived at the bus stationto leave at 1:15 PM according to my ticket. When I asked why the time was changed and I was not notify. The person at the front desk said they did not know and that it wasn't their problem.84 hour trip was now in eight hour trip. When I arrived in downtown Los Angeles to depart to San Fernando valley. I was told that I needed to wait 2 1/2 hours for another bus. But in SanYsidro I was told that I would just arrived in Los Angeles and continue on my trip to San Fernando within 10 minutes of arriving obviously that was not true. When I asked the person at the desk they told me that they do not know and that was in their problem. I would like to know why is it that this business continues to be in business when they have obviously violated some of the customer service rules and accommodations. All The offices for this particular business are not up to code the buses are not up to code as well, I'm not sure if the drivers have the required licenses to continue with the business and the bathrooms are health*to all customers. I think that it would be a great idea is someone from your department visit the place and experience in the awful customer service that I have received from this company year after year. I have finally have been fed up with their lack of respectfull and lack of responsibility.Desired Settlement: It's my understanding that a business should be run with respect communis responsibility and I hereby all customer service policies. This business needs to be notified of the lack of professionalism and customer service. It would be a great idea if this business is asked to change the way they treat all their customers until further notice and close until this business is up to code in their building and buses including bus drivers.

Review: Viaje por esta línea de transportes de San Ysidro a Santa Ana, al llegar al destino, el chofer entrego mi maleta a otra pasajera, por lo que la hicieron perdedisa, puse mi queja en ese mismo momento en la oficina, llene un formulario de reclamo de reembolso, me dijeron que esperarian 15 dias a que apareciera la maleta o bien me reembolsarian lo extraviado, yo me regrese a mi país de origen, ya hace mas de un mes del incidente y es fecha que no me resuelven, llamo al telefono de las oficinas y no me dan respuesta, aparte que me dan muy mal servicio, incluso me dijeron que mi formulario de reclamo se perdio que debo hacer otro, yo no estoy ya en el país y no volveré a ir hasta dentro de varios meses, ya no se que mas hacer para que la compañia me resuelva, yo tengo mis comprobantes y tickets de esto, aparte de arruinar mi fin de semana no me dan respuesta favorable.Desired Settlement: Que me contacten, que me resuelvan esta situación, ya después de un mes, no creo que la maleta aparezca.

Review: This morning I went to Intercalifornia Oxnard and purchased two tickets to board the bus from Oxnard to Tijuana at 6:00 pm. I showed up at 5:00 pm to explain I had lost my tickets and could not locate them. The gentlemen there informed me that they did have record of my purchase and that I was registered there but could not board the bus because then "somebody else" could use my tickets since the drivers/ staff NEVER took the time to confirm that the people boarding the bus were the people named on the ticket. After my continuous attempts I asked and seeing we were going nowhere I told him I would look for a customer service number online to see if they could help us. He then was kind enough to provide me with a number I called and a very cocky gentlemen by the name of [redacted] answered the phone and refused to help he said "I make the rules here and nobody can board without a physician ticket EVEN IF YOU'RE REGISTERED" ultimately, they ended up selling me another ticket for my daughter and I since we had to board. I feel like they take advantage if us as Hispanics because we never look to complain and take their word for it. They totally scammed us knowing well we had purchased the tickets earlier.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the first purchase and an apology hopefully from the alleged owner who makes the rules Mr. [redacted] at the (888) number.
