*** *** on October 11, *** *** called us the next day and said he was experiencing some noise and or vibration from his car after the work we performedHe returned to the shop on October 13, and we inspected our work and the vehicleWe also had *** *** drive with our technician*** *** returned with our technician and both Stated the car drove and stopped perfectly.Charles Automotive & Tire would be happy to make any corrections to the vehicle that may be necessary due to work we performed, as we provide a Year WarrantyA refund is notsomething that is warranted and will not be provided based on our two recent interactions with *** ***

I was contacted by mainstyle flooring on Friday December 1st and told they would file a claim with the manufacture on my behalf and that I could return it to them after the manufacturer agreed.I suggested returning it to them now and receiving 90% refund as per the original contract now and get the remaining 10% when the manufacturer agreed.  And was told she would have to talk to her supervisor first.  I ask her if she would please do that and was told I would have a response Monday or Tuesday.  Today is Tuesday and I don't have a response.I realize I am being impatient but this flooring is stacked up in the middle of my living room keeping us from decorating for Christmas.

Customers warranting our workmanship for 2 years , however, there are certain occasions where our customers wish to purchase the material only and install it themselves (DIY), thus assuming All Installation LIABILTY .    Your purchase was for Material Only, thus ALL INSTALLATION LIABILITY rests with whomever you have contracted to install the flooring.  The manufacturer offers Installation Instructions that are online and a video as well to help the DIY customers. They also offer a technical service number to assist with installation questions which we provided to you  11/22/17.   The material was purchased 11/4/17 and you stated the problem occurred 11/13/17, however, Mainstyle Flooring was not contacted until 11/21/17 around 5pm. You came to the Plainfield location around 5pm on 11/21/17, at which time we stated we would have to get ahold of the manufacturer the next morning as it was past 5pm and we would contact you back in the morning so they could offer installation help. We did contact you back the next morning, 11/22/17, around 10 am after verifying with the manufacturer the proper 800 number for you to contact.    It was mentioned that you brought in a “professional” contractor,  but that does not necessarily indicate it is a PROFESSIONAL FLOORING CONTRACTOR as Mainstyle Flooring would be considered. Your professional contractor suggested screwing in a straight edge to the “FLOATING FLOOR” which is NOT A RECOMMENDED or ACCEPTABLE INSTALLATION METHOD.  Your contractor at that point suggest you return the material, however, installed material is not returnable / nor refundable.  The manufacturer for Beauflor is Canadian based, however, Mainstyle Flooring has no control where our manufacturer’s purchase or receive their products and understand it is out of our control.  The Elite Red Oak Laminate is a first quality product that has been superior in regards to Quality and Value for our customers.    Mainstyle Flooring certainly values our customers, but understands that we have provided the material that was ordered and signed for in a timely manner .  When we were made aware of your installation, we followed up, as we stated we would, with the 800 number information necessary to assist with speaking to a technical installation team regarding your DIY project.   Mainstyle Flooring warrants all installations done by our INSTALLATION TEAM, however, ALL INSTALLATION LIABILITY rests with the Customer that purchases material only. We are sorry that your INSTALLATION experience was not as you hoped it would be.   Kris & Tammy Mainstyle Flooring

This product is defective!  I have completed insulation in one room requiring me to use more force that the average human being is capable of. I have 24 unopened boxes left that I want a full refund for.
