I have been trying to get my fiance home who is stranded in Sydney Australia for several weeks I have been working with [redacted] to get his ticket issued and she has been presenting one problem after another She has raised the price three times, starting at $1,and then to $1,and now $2, She asked for $this weekend to pay for her database crash on her computer She is asking that I cover the cost Financially this is killing me and she has promised that the ticket would be issued and constantly changes the cost This has been a horrible experience and absolutely the worse customer service I have ever encountered
