Sounds like just another scam!

Review: I purchased a free trial for 3 credit report because I am in the process of buying a house. I purchase the 7 day trial and I also purchased the 3 credit bureau reporting/monitoring for 1 year. My account was then deactivated today because they wanted to charge me an additional $17.99, However when I called customer service I was told that I would be able to see this information even after my free trial was up; this information is also listed on the website. This website is an outer scam and I would like for them to refund me my money or reinstate my account. Also you all should retrain your customer service because they are oblivious to what the website shows! And the supervisor "[redacted]" was a complete mn.Desired Settlement: I would like my 29.99 refunded to my card on file or reinstate my account because again I want to utilize the services to be able to review my report. Thanks

We are writing in response to your Revdex.com complaint. Our records reflect that on January 31, 2015 you clicked on an offer for a score and were rerouted to www.TransUnion.com. You were presented a 7-Day $1 Trial offer of Three-Bureau Credit Monitoring, which includes regular access to your updated TransUnion reports and scores. Once you completed your order for Three-Bureau Monitoring, you chose to purchase a one-time order of your Three-Bureau Report and Scores for $29.95 (please note that a three-bureau report is not included in the monitoring subscription). You confirmed your preferred billing method and order (screenshots attached) and your three-bureau report and scores were made available to you online immediately after.

Our records also reflect that you contacted our customer service center on February 08, 2015. Our agent explained the products and service to you. Since we provided the product as advertised, no refund was provided at that time. However in an effort to maintain good customer relations, we have refunded the $29.95 charge back to your credit card originally charged. This process generally takes 3 to 5 business days, but may take up to 30 days depending on your credit card policy.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10436929, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

However, if the funds are not credited to my account within 30 days. I will file another complaint based on the information provided by the company.
