I have retained an attorney. My credit score has hovered between 780-802 for the last ten years or more. I do not have so much as one late payment ANYWHERE on my credit. I had ovarian cancer & insurance ( thank God) in Feb. 2020. It cost quite a bit even w/my insurance and I paid about $11,500. out of pocket at the time & I make payments monthly for the remainder amount (never late) to the hospital that fixed me.
I need another surgery & needed a little help so the surgery center recommended credit care to me. I applied to credit care. They would only approve me for $6650.00 which is not what I applied for. The reason they say d they could not approve my loan was due to T.U. Consumer Relations reporting a credit score of 643 (something I have not had since high school). please understand my credit was 801 5 months ago & NOTHING has changed except me trying to get this medical loan from credit care. I was SHOCKED. The most significant reason for this unacceptable score they wrote to credit care was:
Lack of real estate loan information. (I sold my home two years ago & do not own a home)
Balance on bank cards to high compared to credit limits.( I have $63,000 credit available
to me thru credit cards with less than a $2,000 alan s on only one of my six cards).
Average time accounts opened to recent. ( The only card with a balance is the only card i
use & I have had it over 10 years.)
Too many inquiries. I do not know who or when my credit was pulled last.
I am a business woman w/excellent reputation. This has hurt me financially, mental stress,
it has caused much pain & suffering. I am embarrassed, but more so-i am angry. Angry enough to retain a lawyer & I am going to sue for a large amount. These people can not just
change one’s credit worthiness b/c they don’t like the fact one does not have a mortgage or too many inquiries that I know nothing about ( probably due to trans union selling my info. without my permission to third parties who pay trans union. The third parties make inquiries (again without my permission ) to my credit worthiness so they can offer me their crap.
Trans union Customer Relations took my score from a 780 -790 from TU to a 643 aTU in less than 5 months for the reasons I described above. Who the hell do they think they are?
My line of business can not afford a 643 credit score. Period. I am a investor & this has major damages. I am so damn mad. I am taking these fools to court for what they have done. And I will win. I have all the documents to prove every word above.

I was signing up for an account last night and I thought everything went fine. I added my credit card thinking it was a way to confirm my identity or something but later found out it was to charge it for a premium account... Called customer service and got it refunded but the representative simply told me that if I would have read the terms and conditions I would have seen that they were going to charge my card. Shady business practice and not someone I will ever be working with in the future.

The company has been employing others and whom ever to use my name on credit without my consent or presently. This has hindered me and cost me a jobs, after finishing my PHD in 2016 at the North central U 1000 of miles away from Newport News VA. The medical collection record is not only wrong, attempts made for billing was never sent to my address, instead sent to fraudsters address. I've been a victim of Id fraud and all court has clear my name over 15 years. this account below that company allowed to be added,
