TransUnion Van Lines

Used Transunion Van Lines about a month ago for my move and they were amazing! They are very eager to help you move and provide nothing but great energy throughout the process. I had no issues for the first time ever moving all thanks to the wonderful team, very happy customer!

The worst company to do business with they are not reliable. they gave me a quote and the day before they picked up the crook of a logistic manager Jordan Mont called me while I was at work and changed the quote to suit himself and never explained the process for pick up. they came to picked up on the 16th of November, 2019, and I'm still waiting for my goods to this day 01/10/2020.
made several calls and emails with no good response to where my household good was, and why it has not been delivered. they have my money and goods in their possession holding it hostage without any explanation what so ever. I spoke to one of their customer service she cannot give an answer as well. if you value your good PLEASE don't trust them or do business with them. they say their quotes are binding but that's a lie as you can see if it's not convenient for the it will change. these people are a bunch of doggone CROOKS and THIEVES.

I moved from D.C. to LA and only I can say that these guys were very professional and when the driver came he explained me everything in advance. I was charged little bit more extra because I didn't indicate all items through the phone but it was reasonable and the driver Samy was very helpful. Very good team!

We a wonderful experience with TransUnion Van Lines. We had two moves,
back-to-back. The first from house to storage and another one from house to
apartment. The movers were careful, kind, professional and efficient with
wrapping our fragile items and assisting with packing. They were particularly
helpful with placing the furniture from our house to our apartment and making
the best use of smaller space (it was a little difficult but they did it). We would
definitely use TransUnion Van Lines again and recommend them to anyone we
know looking to move.

I hired and signed contract with Trans Union. They were unresponsive to phone calls and emails. Finally arrived for loading a day late. Then still unresponsive when requesting driver ETA. Finally received call from a 3rd party they hired. ETA originally schedule for November 1st, a no show, November 2nd also a no show, November 3rd between 1-4pm also no show. Driver of Florida Van Line arrives November 3rd 8-8:30pm requesting $3074 worth of blank money order + additional trailer at our expense, then changed their minds and wanted me to pay as cash upfront while they sat back and watched me and brother unload/deliver the job which btw is a major safety violation against DOT regulations. Trans Union says they still working on it however it is now November 11th and I still have not received delivery of my furniture and personal items. Let's also mention that the contract we agreed with was to pay Trans Union and not their 3rd party movers. Responsibility is to pay whom contracted with therefore Trans Union is responsible for paying the 3rd party movers they hired. Also why should I pay a 3rd party mover cash for doing a job when all they want to do is sit back and watch me do the job!?!??!

All I can say that I can't complain :)
TransUnion has been great

We were very pleased with our experience with 24/7 Logistic Services, and our most recent move was our second time using this company, the experience was consistent across both moves, even though it was almost 2 years between them. They were good at communicating when they would arrive and were able to be flexible as we pinned down the closing date on our new home. They were very professional, and I was impressed at how efficient they were. All the guys were also very friendly, and were willing to listen if we asked them to move something they had already placed. Happy with the services!

This was the truly most garbage moving company I could have ever imagined using. Not only did they miss their delivery window (which was a VERY generous month) they also held my goods hostage and never called me on the days they were supposed to deliver.

I haven't even received my stuff at this point of writing, so it could get even worse, I'm assuming at this point all my stuff is extremely damaged given the horrible quality and customer service at this point.

I would not hesitate to contact Transunion Van Lines. They answered all my questions and provided me with an assessment of how long the move would take, how many people I needed. They packed everything up very efficiently and even helped me load my car too. Overall, amazing experience with them.

Fast, efficient, clean and respectful. Plus they over estimated the time it would take so we ended up under the estimate.
