WARNING! Very unprofessional. Lacks communication skills, the broker is VERY LAZY. Never showed up to show the apartment, instead the landlord had to rush home because we've waited outside their apartment for over half an hour. He was late to the second meeting too, and only stayed for 10 minutes, after insulting us about my credit report. Even though the landlord approved us. Then after almost a month of back and forth with him, trying to rent this apartment, just as we were about to sign the lease we find out the owners aren't okay with our pets. EVEN THOUGH Valentin listed in the ads that pets are ok, as well as confirmed in an initial email, and also it was thoroughly mentioned on the application. AND He wants a months rent fee for not doing jack! He is VERY unprofessional, doesn't communicate at all. We had to chase him down constantly to get a hold of him. Literally wasted so much of our time I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Review: I responded to an advertisement on [redacted] for a 3 bedroom apartment posted by [redacted] in [redacted]. I visited with my family, we paid 1450 for the 1st month security and then we were told the apartment was no longer available. 3 months later, we have no apartment, our documents and money remain in the hands of [redacted] and my phone calls are going to voicemail. I want my documents and my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my money and my documents back.
