Transworld Skateboarding

Review: I ordered transworld magazine through a third party magazine company called magazine city and never got any issues. That was in July of 2013. In October of 2013 I called Transworld and they had no record of this order although I have a receipt. I placed another order directly through transworld and they said the subscription would start in November. I called them on December 23, 2013 because my son still had not received any issues and they said they wont start the subscription until March of 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like them to start this subscription immediately

I received a notice from Revdex.com last week in regards to a complaint about a missing subscription. I wanted to let you know that I have called our customer service and the reason they have not received the first issue to their subscription yet is that it was submitted as a Christmas gift to her son in a corrections facility. All Christmas subscriptions start after the first of the year. Her order is in the system and the first magazine that will be shipped out is our March issue. Her son should receive it by Feb 25. If she has any other questions she can call our customer service line at [redacted]. I am more then happy to send her son the Dec and Jan issues ASAP but will need the address to the corrections facility.

This was never submitted as a Christmas gift I even had a long conversation with the woman who took the order explaining how I had ordered from a third party magazine company in July and he had never received them and he was anxious to start getting them. She was even going to try to get him started receiving magazines in November. I received an acknowledgment card saying he would be starting with the December issue and he never did. I would appreciate greatly if they could get him the December and January issued ASAP. The address is:
