Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Please ask the business the number of times I called and wrote emails.? I recall at least times over month at least.? No response was provided to either email or phone messageI wrote to Revdex.com as a result.After the complaint I filed with Revdex.com, the heat pump that was installed stopped working.? I again called the business and also left a fresh email message, still no responseI called the warranty company and they did a way call leaving the business yet another phone message on Nov27th, 2017.? Still no response.How can this be a miscommunication occur across such a long period?? A simple message at least acknowledging my request could have gone a long way.? But even that was not done.? I think was very patient.? This is my first ever Revdex.com complaint.? Sorry, but my complaint is very justified.? Nobody should have to go through this.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
