Vehicle was dropped offshe stated she wanted to fix the check engine light so she could sell itour shop does not work on [redacted] but this customer has had othervehicles we have worked on in the past and felt we would do her a favor and at least look itno mention of estimate of repair because we were just going to take a quick look at it.we scanned it and found it had some cam timing codes current in moduleat that point we tried to find if any some information on this codein the meantime battery went deadcustomer brought in a rebuilt battery, installed battery after a couple of days battery was dead againno diagnosis was done for this issueinformed customer vehicle has been heresincecustomer can pick up vehicle at any timeno charges have been incurred

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] told me he had checked a sensor to see if was bad and was waiting on a different sensor he ordered as well, I was told they were expensive so he was checkiing them at a time and still was not able to resolve the issue my vehicke was brought to him for a diagnosis AND repair because I had a buyer for my vehicle and needed the repair doneHe still again to this day has not contacted me with any informationWhen I have come in to pick up my vehicle he still tells me he doesn't have any paper work done but tells me he will get the paperwork written up and call me
