They dealt with some bat issues a few years back and were very helpful with my problem , I see that there are some negative reviews about them online . I can't speak for others but they were great to work with when it came to my situation .

Contracted this company to remove a possum from our house. They placed the trap and it is still empty under our house. We never heard from them.On 12/11/2013 met with Trapper Dan rep [redacted] . Paid up front for a trap and removal of possum under house with flea treatment after animal removal. Was told someone would check the trap every few days and to leave our crawlspace open. Received 1 trap check notice on 12/18. No other trap check notices. On 12/31 after several e-mails and phone calls to [redacted] was told that the Durham rep got 1 possum and they would continue trapping to see if there were others. Also told the Durham rep should leave trap check notices each time he came. No other trap check notices since then. The trap remains empty with rotting cat food under our house. After several more phone calls and e-mails asking him the status and when the trap would be removed, [redacted] stated he would be out on 2/21. He never showed up and the trap is still under the house. We have contacted him several times via e-mail and phone call. He has yet to respond. Desired SettlementWe just want the trap removed from our house and the flea treatment completed.Business Response Situation will be taken care of by [redacted] on Thursday of this week Final Consumer Response The trap is still under the house as of 3/9. This is unacceptable.

Trapper Dan's did not deliver resolution to our problem by date stated, took our money, and refused any more workOn May 5, 2015 Trapper Dan's representative came to our house to detect bat problem. A quote was written up detailing work to be done. We paid half of the quoted bill as he stated was necessary. He returned week of May 12-15 and told us there were baby bats and the work could not be completed until end of July, when bat babies should be gone. On May 19 he came back per our request to seal gaps outside and inside on our attic pulldown stairs. A very poor job on the attic pulldown was performed. On July 27 after calling to find out why they had not come back to finish the job, I received a text asking if they could come back on July 31 to finish work outside. They didn't come on July 31, but finally came the following week to put up some cones in the vent, that is all. He was supposed to come again to finish, come inside and clean attic and replace jet board. He told us they would come back following week, and did not show up until August 22, a full month after promised finish date. We paid $682.50 by check in good faith for this work, for which he has only provided about $75 worth and still has not completed nor given a refund. He verbally agreed to give us a refund./////Desired SettlementWe wish to have a refund for the $682.50 since no satisfactory work has been performed and we still have a problem./////

Installed screens on all of our gables and cleaned up after bats. One of the screens came loose and he will not stand behind his five year warranty. He will not return our calls nor emails. Do not use him as his guarantees are worthless. ","neg-1
