I called Trapper Joe's because I thought I had something loose in my homeHe came out and told me it was a mouse and that it was going to cost me $plus to get rid of itHe charged me $to tell me thatThe next day I found out it was not a mouse at allIt was a bullet hole and all the things that he said I needed was a bunch of lies to get moneyI had called the police and I have a police report if he would like to see itI called he did not answerI sent him a text message asking that he not cash my check since he clearly lied and had no idea what was going caused the hold in my wallHe cashed the checkVery poor business practiceHe even drank a beer while he was here looking at what was supposed to be a mouse holeVery unprofessionalYou would think if you are an animal trapper you could tell the difference from bullet holes a mouse holes

We suspected squirrels in the attic (accurate), but Trapper Joe greatly exaggerated the scope of the problem, set up bogus traps, charged my Visa $(though receipted me $224.99)He then submitted a proposal for $2,additional work focused on overstated or installations of vents, screens, ridge guardsA second opinion and solution from *** solved the problem for $I used him because of the prior positive reviews on *** site, but now wonder if they are fabricated or has he changed and become dishonestI will say one thing: he looks the part of a "trapper" but I ended up feeling like it was all theater that cost me $

To start off we charged $plus 3% credit card use.The charge was for inspecting the home evaluating the problem's and setting the traps which we didwe were on site for at least one and half hours

I was charged $to set up the traps with a verbal 'guarantee' to catch the problem skunksAfter a trap caught an opossum I called and they wouldn't come out for an entire dayThe opossum ate all of the food in the trap because it was hungry being in the trap all daySince I wasn't worried about catching anything but skunks, I let the opposum goThey wanted to charge me another $to put more food in the cageThe skunks never went near the traps and I wasted nearly $on this company
