I called this repairman to look at my ovenWe made an appointment, my husband came home from work and waited for an hour, then had to return to workThe repairman never showed upAfter a while I called him again, and he came to my house but we had to leave to go to workHe charged me $an hour ($total) for monitoring my oven for two hours to figure out that a sensor was faultyThis seems like a really long time to figure out a relatively obvious problem, since I had already told him exactly what the oven was doing and had actually had another repairman out to look at it and told him what the other repairman discoveredI called Trapper Mechanical for a second opinionI paid him for one hour, not two, and now we are going to small claims court to argue our case to a judgeSince we weren't home when he was here (since we had already taken time off work once for a no call/no show and couldn't take time off again) I have no way of knowing what he was doing or how long it really took, but it didn't take the other repairman that long to figure out the same thing
Trapper Mechanical came out to my place in East Vail to look at a dishwasher not draining issue that another local company had also previously looked at without being able to resolve it Trapper resolved the issue and had everything running again in about an hour Trapper was very professional on the phone and in email correspondence and my tenant reported that he was very professional in person as well Was a great experience, I will not hesitate to contact Trapper Mechanical again

I called this repairman to look at my oven. We made an appointment, my husband came home from work and waited for an hour, then had to return to work. The repairman never showed up. After a while I called him again, and he came to my house but we had to leave to go to work. He charged me $125 an hour ($250 total) for monitoring my oven for two hours to figure out that a sensor was faulty. This seems like a really long time to figure out a relatively obvious problem, since I had already told him exactly what the oven was doing and had actually had another repairman out to look at it and told him what the other repairman discovered. I called Trapper Mechanical for a second opinion. I paid him for one hour, not two, and now we are going to small claims court to argue our case to a judge.
