It's been over a month and their attorney that they use has to have received our money order made out to [redacted] We have yet to receive our refund backI have a copy of my money order and would like to forward it to tree Trapper'sTree Trapper's should reimburse our money upon proof of our receipt and deal with their own attorneys at this pointI am also going to track whether it's been cashed or notThis has been a very stressful time for us enoughWe just want the back that we were promised by Rachel at tree Trapper's.I want to get this matter resolved

the business and owner are continuing to invalidate the warranty for his profit onlyThe trees were watered properly, yet he continues to tell me that I supposedly said I did not water them enoughWhen the owner came out to my house, he told me he would take care of meThen he emailed me a week later and said he would not warranty them because they did not get enough water, and offered to rip the bad trees out and replace them with new trees for over $1,This is not a compromise at allThe owner has in no way attempted to properly or adequately resolve the issue

I did speak with *** *** - *** on or about March & March 27. I explained that their bill was sent to collections per our contract terms, and because it was sent to collections the balance on her invoice was zeroed-out for our tax purposesWe did not know if we would ever receive the balance owed on her invoice. I spoke with *** and asked who was calling her, because it was not anyone from our office; she then said that it was (***) *** *** * *** Co., LPA, (the collection agency we have contracted with for several years) Unbeknownst to us, she had been making payments to ***, but collections status had not been noted on her account (our accounting error), because of this, our first response to her Revdex.com complaint by our office, was inaccurate, which I explained this to her on the phone. Per contract terms with *** they pursue clients for non-payment independentlyBecause of our error through Revdex.com communication saying that her account was at zero, when it was actually in collections, we decided to close her account and have the current check she s*d she had sent in to *** returned to her; which we initiated in good faith and to increase the integrity of business practices in Central Ohio. I have spoken with *** and *** a number of times about this issue Although no new funds have yet to be received since the account was set to close March 15, 2017, in the event that funds are received they would be returned directly to the consumer. No payments have been received or posted to the account since November 2015. We feel that we have handled this issue professionally and it will be resolved as quickly as possible, and we wish the *** family well

This email is in regards to a complaint that was placed against the treetrappers tree serviceThe attorneys office that represents treetrappers and collects on unpaid balances is and has been collecting money from us even though I was informed by Rachel at tree Trapper's service that this debt was written off in I received a call from Rachel over weeks ago after Revdex.com contacted them and was told she spoke to the attorneys office which is *** * *** in Grove city, and we would receive a check back in the amount of 290.00, in place of the money order we sent made out to *** * *** over a month agoI called and spoke to Alan at *** *** *** who was very nonchalant, and basically blew me off as he did from the beginning, as I pleaded to get a reasonable payment plan due to being the sole provider of the house, while my husband recovers from a cancerI have yet to receive the money back and neither company has reached out to mePlease help! *** ***- ***

*** made payment and assessed a patient co-insurance of $Apparently, the person named *** which he spoke to is with the other medical providerHe has not contacted our office.Medicaid eligibility was checked under policy *** and determined to be inactive for the dates of service in question. HelloAttached is the receipt for the dispute ID listed aboveI do not have a copy of their warranty as they never gave me oneHowever, I was verbally told it was a 1-year warranty on the new trees and I filed my complaint with them well in advance of the 1-year markThe correspondence between me and the business owner shows this, and it also shows that they do have a 1-year warrantyHowever, the owner is trying to invalidate my warranty because he is stating they did not get enough water and that invalidates the warranty (I do not have a copy of the warranty to even validate if this is a clause in their warranty or not)Regardless, I'm contesting this because I did water the trees sufficientlyThe owner is using this tactic so he does not have to spend money on his crew coming out to do warranty workThis is evidenced by him trying to get me to pay $1,to replace the trees with new ones.Thank you for your time and efforts
