I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This business owner is an absolute liarI DID NOT wait two days to contact him regarding their installation errorsI contacted him immediately after returning home from work and saw that they had measured and installed the curbing incorrectlyI have proof of my prompt follow up both via a screen shot of my call history and text messagesI first called him and he did not answer and I left him a voicemail which he quickly replied via text message that he was in a meeting and would call me backIn the image you can see that I have a message from him “Monday” i.e4/6, that says install was complete and then the next message also says “Monday” and that is where he said that they installed according to the photo (that is his photo of the plan, a paper copy was provided)At no point have I disputed that *** said they could make the one side of the curb a foot length versus All of the measurements are incorrect but I tried to compromise and only have the longest curb re-poured so that the necessary length is foot as plannedIn addition, I did contact the *** for an inspection of *** work but their process is lengthier and an appointment to measure his install in comparison to the plan provided has not been scheduledYou can see from the messages I sent that the plan now is the plan I provided him at first and I have not just changed my mind about what I wanted done as he insinuatesHowever, since the original complaint was filed one week ago other aspects of his poor workmanship have become visible from cracking to white spots appearing on the dried concreteAt this point Onsite Concrete has the option to remove the curbing so that I can have a legitimate company pour it correctly, or I can hire a contractor to demo and haul away the debris at his expenseI will not pay for such poor quality of work and am appalled that he is implying that I am trying to get this job for freeThe mess he left me is in no way viavble for the project I am trying to complete, which has been delayed as it was due to be finished on 4/but cannot be done because the curbing is all wrongThe project in total is $6,so to say that I am going through all of this to get out of paying $is ridiculousI am an Air Force Veteran with high morals and only wanted what is ethical- to have what I paid for done, which was not and I had every right to deny paymentThe check never would have been written if I had been home to inspect their work at time of install but I should not be punished because I work full time and hired an untrustworthy contractorHe is licensed for concrete and I had every reasonable expectation that I could entrust him with measurements and a specific plan and have the job performed correctly. This is my first home and I saved every penny for a year to be *** to afford to fund the creation of a backyard oasis and he has tainted a project that should have felt like a joyous accomplishment

The work order that is attached to this complaint is not a work order for the job of which *** *** did for our project.The color that was mixed and laid is black that will dry to a gray The original color was a sand color, when laid was brown and dried to a light sand color The two colors will never even be close To provide a true depiction of the colors that were laid, I have a side-by-side comparison of the jobs that were completed in and again in The colors are reflected in the same state, when both jobs were completed, the color mixtures from are not close to the color mixture of it is much darker.Attached is the color scheme from *** *** and the Receipt with the color written by the worker, to state that Graphite was mixed and laid, which is the black color per their new color schema In the color schema chart used was from their website that had different color names as they do today with their new color schema The color that we selected in would have been Sandstone which is what is better reflected in the picture. I did question the color to the workers as I felt it did not look like a match, they assured me it would dry to be a close match to the concrete The concrete has cured and is a completely different color, not a close match Onsite asked us to wait till Summer so the color would be fully cured to see the final color He has not committed to correcting the issue, even if we wait until Summer, if the colors are not a close match

We are requesting The Revdex.com to remove this complaint from our file or history.  A Work Order has been signed by the customer which shows the design , color, liner ft. and  amount paid.  Both individuals have been explained it is very difficult to match a curbing which has been installed over 1 year ago.  We will not responded to the customers request and request the Revdex.com to remove this complaint.  We believe that customer service is our #1 priority, however when a customer threats or states a lawsuit , we will longer communicate with a customer, please see attach notes.  This is now in our Attorney hands.   Thank you.

I am disputing the complaint Ms. [redacted] has submitted to Revdex.com.  This claim is false and untrue,  I have tried to work with Ms. [redacted] regarding the curbing install process.  We have followed all [redacted] standards and per her design, with the only change of 13'0 to 12'0 per [redacted] -...

her husband who also approved the layout design.  Ms. [redacted] was not there at the time of the install - however [redacted] approve the design with Me ( [redacted] ) and My Curbing Crew.  We had explained that radius corners will take 1'0" =/- at each corner, which he understood.  Ms. [redacted] called me the next day very upset regarding the measurements, which I had explained to her that [redacted] had change the measurements and had approved the measurement, she then stated that I should had call her first, yet [redacted] her husband approved the layout.  I am not sure if the couple had a disagreement between each other regarding the change of design which we have no control of.  I had explained to here that I would help her out so we can make them happy, our goal is to provide the best customer service, yet she wanted the entire curbing removed, which I told her that we had follow the curbing design and the process of how the curbing machine works.  At that time, she was very upset and stated she would cancel the check for the work provided which she had paid for at the completion of the project.  It took here 2 days to contact me regarding this matter.  I never became upset or violent as she states on the report.  I am a Phoenix Firefighter and understand that customers service is very important in business.  I did mention she had a right to contact the [redacted] if she had a issue with the design - which I will be happy to meet the inspector, which is not a quality of product issue, however a design issue which the customers are disputing between them two.  I also mention I would place a Mechanical Lien on the property if we didn't get paid for the project completed - which is the right of the contractor.  I tried to contact her and she has text me back not to contact her anymore I have all text copies between us which clearly show I have been trying to help and solve this issue,  we had issue with customers in the past trying to get free curbing because the change there mind on design or colors.  As a business owner I am only doing whats right as a business owner, I am not in the business to loss money because a customer decides she has a dispute between the wife and husband which I think this has become.  I have been a member with Revdex.com and a licensed Contractor for several years with no complaints.  I will submit all copies of text, design and check which her husband had paid and approve of design.  Once again thank you.

years and haven't had a complaint regarding our product crumbling per Mr. Sanders. Our crew strive for a great finished product.  Our project manager and owner has visited Mr. [redacted] home and viewed the damage product , which agreed that the damage was cause by water damage.  The IMG provide will indicate that the rest of the curbing is intact, however the area Mr. [redacted] is disputing is damage by running water.  We agreed to replace the damage section for a small fee of $75.00 which is a discount, our normal trip charge is $250.00 Mr. [redacted] disagreed on amount.  Furthermore, Mr. [redacted] stated he has been out of town for 4 months, and just noticed the damage on the curbing, which I question him why are you just calling us now.  I have been in the curbing business for over 20 years and this damage is cause by either sprinklers being on, or landscaper running his equipment over the curbing when its fresh.  This is the 1st time I had any customer complain regarding our concrete curbing crumbling in a small section.  Our product is mixed correctly at every project and I can ensure you its not a defected section.  We provided a solution for Mr. [redacted] a Trip Charge of $75.00 for the repair.  Thank you Onsite Concrete Specialist, LLC Abel C[redacted] Office ###-###-####[redacted]www.teamonsiteconcrete.com

We are requesting a Cease and Desist halt purportedly-unlawful activity ("cease") and not take it up again later ("desist") on case # [redacted], this complaint is not about the structure or workmanship of the concrete curbing install by a Licensed Contractor who has followed all [redacted] standards, however a design which two individuals husband and wife can't agree on.  Our intent was to help Ms. [redacted], solve this matter, yet our scope of work is not in counseling two adults in decision making.  We believe Ms. [redacted] had every intention not to pay for the job in the first place when she provide us a check #1001 unsigned see the unsigned check attachment.  As she states, on her complaint " I will not pay for such poor quality of work".  Air Force Veteran high morals and wanted what is ethical - a unsigned check " is that ethical".  Furthermore, those crack are not crack " control joints which are place every 2'0" to 3'0 ft. for control cracks, the white spots on the curbing is normal due to Efflorescence is caused by vapor migrating through the concrete curbing bringing soluble salts to the surface of the concrete. Efflorescence is normally worn off or washed away on unsealed concrete surfaces. Which is a normal in Arizona.  Unfortunately, Onsite Concrete Specialist, LLC will place a Mechanical Lien on Ms. [redacted] property until we are fully paid for all expenses, including all filing fees and amount due.  We will no loner make contact with Ms. [redacted] and request the Revdex.com to dismiss this false Complaint.  We will also file a suit with the small claim court for Tort of Slander of Quality also known as Libel due to Ms. [redacted] making false statements on other social media, [redacted], [redacted] and the Revdex.com.  All attachments will be added and our lawyer will be contact to begin the process.  Our goal is always to provide the best quality workmanship and customer service in the Valley.  We have been a Licensed Contractor for several years in Arizona and have not one complaint in the Valley regarding our product or workmanship.

We are responding to the complaint of Mr. [redacted], curbing placement.  Mr. [redacted] was told by the Project Manager and Crew that a color match will be very difficult to match since his curbing has been place over 1 year ago.  Due to several elements such as shown below:The natural base...

color of concrete, finishing and curing method determines final color. This card simulates lab samples made with a light broom finish or trowel finish. Different cements, sand, rock, mixing and job-site conditions and contractor technique can alter color from this card. Concrete is produced from natural materials. Surface variation common to uncolored concrete can impact colored concrete.  Mr. [redacted] was shown the brochure that also explains the conditions and a color chart which explains the same conditions.  Mr. [redacted] also sign the work order showing the style, liner ft. price and color, which he sign and agreed.  Please see attachment.  Overall, Mr. [redacted] was explained the process, that it may take several months for his curbing to match or be close enough to his 1 year old curbing.  It will not change over night or 15 days, concrete and color has a min of 28 days of curing process, to match it exactly is in possible with the elements explained above. We are requesting this complaint be dismissed as soon as possible,  thank you.
