the balance due of $669.25 was written off leaving your balance due as zero. I took over the bookkeeping in Spring of 2016 and have not sent out any notices or placed any phone calls for this invoice because the balance has shown as zero due since before I started. Hello. Attached is the receipt for the dispute ID listed above. I do not have a copy of their warranty as they never gave me one. However, I was verbally told it was a 1-year warranty on the new trees and I filed my complaint with them well in advance of the 1-year mark. The correspondence between me and the business owner shows this, and it also shows that they do have a 1-year warranty. However, the owner is trying to invalidate my warranty because he is stating they did not get enough water and that invalidates the warranty (I do not have a copy of the warranty to even validate if this is a clause in their warranty or not). Regardless, I'm contesting this because I did water the trees sufficiently. The owner is using this tactic so he does not have to spend money on his crew coming out to do warranty work. This is evidenced by him trying to get me to pay $1,000 to replace the 2 trees with new ones.Thank you for your time and efforts.
It's been over a month and their attorney that they use has to have received our money order made out to [redacted]. We have yet to receive our refund back. I have a copy of my money order and would like to forward it to tree Trapper's. Tree Trapper's should reimburse our money upon proof of our receipt and deal with their own attorneys at this point. I am also going to track whether it's been cashed or not. This has been a very stressful time for us enough. We just want the 291.00 back that we were promised by Rachel at tree Trapper's.I want to get this matter resolved.
