I had recently had a vacuum that was returned, at the time of returning I received a notification of my return and refund to take place within 10business daysAt this time I have not received my $refund and it has been business days not including weekendsI have contacted the company multiple times regarding this since last Wed(8/9/7)
It is difficult to get through to them as the phone number is the same as the fax number and most times the fax notification is received not the staff
I again spoke with staff again today and my refund as not been address by the owner at this timePer Staff -check is not even completely composed to be refundedCan you help as my refund notification stated it is there contract to refund within business days and I am business days in and my issue is not being address within the company

I was approached suddenly and quickly by Chad J*** (Che's Resolution) at my door selling Kirby Vacuum CleanerHe sold me the cleaner that we do not need at our age in lifeI cancelled two days later per contract agreement for a full refund and return of my two cleaners that was traded inTwenty days later MrJ*** brought a check to me that was $less than I paid of $But my trade in cleaners (2) nor cash value of them was ever returnedLeaving us with out a vacuum and carpet shampoo machinesVery costly experience to usBut we at least got most of our money back fortunatelyChe's resolution did not live up to the cancellation contractWouldn't recommend opening your door to them
Promised free shampoo and bags for a year, They won't answer the phoneGot through timeleft messagesthey don't call back and still waiting for suppliesThey don't even deserve *
