Contrary to what MrM*** states, he accepted a payment in full amounting to over 90% of his bloated chargesI paid this invoice even though it was the Prime contractor's responsibility, but Mr *** did not subcontract properly for payment with the PrimeThere are many legally questionable issues in the manner Mr *** conducted his business with me that I overlooked in assuming the payment burdenHe was not "forced" to abandon the job, he walked off unilaterally and without legal causeHe expansively described a scope of work in his fully paid invoice that stands in stark contrast to the constrained, distorted wording of his attorney's letterThis is blatantly a case of a replacement contractor not assuming responsibility for his improper and incomplete work, attempting to pass the buck to a previous contractor
