THEY ARE NOT THE ONE FOR YOU!
Problem starting in Dec 2021, no show during Xmas week. Then missed several recycling and late pick ups.
Finally had enough and cancelled their service in July 2022, Was told to eave the cans out front,4 to 6 weeks to pick them up from the property.
The cans are still out front at the curb , Its now Oct 20 2022.
My neighbor cancelled their as well same issues . Their Trash Tech cans are out front too.
Oddly their staff stop occasionally to see if there is trash in them but leave them and drive on.
I guess they don't want them back ?
We started getting our service from GFL Environmental and are happy with it at this point. It costs us less and the cans are about 25% larger.

In reference to case #[redacted] Dated 1-11-18 [redacted] Customer received an supplemental invoice for $15.00. Trash Tech had an internal billing error that did not get initiated in time and missed the initial Quarterly billing 2018...
statement. Mr. [redacted] call disputing increase, canceled account and refund will be placed back on credit card. [redacted]
#[redacted] will have accounting process refund check for $ 16.68 and mail to customer.
Case # [redacted] Account closed. We had no way of knowing customer was away from November till May, we would have put on vacation status if we were notified. No comments of customer calling office.
