Casey [redacted]was such a wonderful help to us. We tried 2 other "cancellation" company's but all the did was take our money (about 4000.00) and never heard from them again. Casey kept in touch with us and let us know exactly what was going on. It did take some time but we are now free of the timeshare. My husband went on line trying to find someone to help us, Casey called and was a happy ending for us. I owned timeshare for 35 years and based on how the maintenance costs continued to significantly go up, it was no longer worth owning it. After several several high cost and dubious attempts to escape our timeshare I found this firm. They did what they promised at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them.

I had been owning Royal Holiday Club points-based timeshare since 2010. I was tricked into buying that during my first trip to the Bahamas. I had been regret ever since.

I went to the Timeshare User Group (TUG) and also Lawyers.com trying to seek advice on how to get out of owning the useless timeshare. They suggested me to try to sell that via the TUG bulletin board for a dollar. I had no luck on that. They suggested me to donate that to charity but none would take RHC. I was devastated as the 2015 annual membership of $1,300 was coming up. Then I stumbled across Trash Your Timeshare and they saved my sanity and money.

And what I liked about TYT was that they use Escow.com to hold the money I paid while they were working hard for me. TYT would NOT get paid until the cancellation was complete. So that made me feel a whole lot better because I have heard stories about those what-so-called getting rid of your timeshare companies would simply take your money and not do a damn thing.

So the process officially began in February 2015. I always had a lot of questions and I could always count on Casey to answer me within no more than an hour window. That meant a lot to me because when I was having doubts and worried about something, I needed someone to consult with and give me the true facts as soon as possible. And Casey never failed to respond to me in a timely manner when I needed most.

RHC was tough to deal with. They harassed me via numerous phone calls and emails.They were threatening me here and there. I got worried because they were threatening to get a collection agency to haunt me and then affect my credit ratings if I chose not to pay the 2015 membership fee. I contacted Casey and he assured me that it was all scare tactics because he had seen that very often. He was able to stay calm and not to give in.

Casey would also email me and keep me posted on the progress of the cancellation. It did take a while to finally get the cancellation completed in mid-October. I cannot tell you how happy I was when I received the news from Casey. I received a Cancellation Package from TYT notifying me of the complete cancellation. I'm done with RHC finally!

There are so many companies out there promising you that they could get rid of the timeshare or vacation club ownership for you but you know by now most of them are not legitimate companies. Hurrah! I just got rid of my Colorado River Adventures timeshare with the help of Trash Your Timeshare. I would like to share my personal experience with Trash Your Timeshare. We were very devastated with our purchase of timeshare (scam) from Silverleaf Resorts. A few days later we realized we had been scammed by a deceptive business practice and wanted to cancel our timeshare with them.
